    Love your stuff! Thank you so much for all that you offer for free. I have been doing your workouts for years and have done them all over the world. I travel a lot and sometimes do not have the luxury of a gym or a safe place to run. Your workouts have been a godsend, and I have recommended them to so many friends and family as well.

    One of my fave arm workouts from NML!! Quick and dirty! And I love that it’s 3 sets so we truly fatigue the muscle

    I love the original but I liked this one even better. The format was awesome. My arms are pumped, and I felt like my core was more fired up from this one than the original. Also, love the mobility in the arm-up.

    Arm day ✔️ love quick and efficient workouts. Since going back to work I only have about 20ish minutes in the morning so I’ve been cutting the workouts short, nice to be able to finish one, thank you!

    I like both toned arms workouts, but I think I like the new one better too. I feel like it burns out each muscle group quicker. Plus, I like having Rachel for modifications. Thanks for another great workout!

    Another awesome workout! I had trouble with the transitions between the chest press and the planks rows in the second circuit and would have liked a little more time there to get set up. The quarter get-ups were so fun and challenging! I started doing your workouts about 2 months ago and am totally hooked. I'm trying new exercises all the time and can definitely feel the improvements in my strength and fitness!

    I love all of your workouts! I wasn’t familiar with strength training and I wanted a consistent workout routine. I’m that person that googled “best strength training for women” and NML came up first. I’ve been hooked ever since! Thanks for being relatable! I’m a busy mom with 2 kids, 14 months apart.
