Another awesome workout! I had trouble with the transitions between the chest press and the planks rows in the second circuit and would have liked a little more time there to get set up. The quarter get-ups were so fun and challenging! I started doing your workouts about 2 months ago and am totally hooked. I'm trying new exercises all the time and can definitely feel the improvements in my strength and fitness!
Loved this one! Sometimes I dread the bonus move (looking at you, woman makers…) but those quarter get ups were the perfect addition to round out the workout 💪
