I *love* the 10 minute workouts. I often stack a 10 and a 7, based on how i feel and how the kids are doing. I don't like not finishing what i start from interruptions, so these short ones make it easier to finish what i start. The kids also can handle momma being busy for 10 minutes, but 25-30 is too long!
The lift, kick, crunch, kick and lower was also a mental workout! I had to say each part out loud to keep my coordination. Great warm up and help with mobility.

this was great! i was actually starting to sweat at the end! aded this on to the abs + butt and after 15 cardio. perfect! need this on days i just need a kick to get moving. mobility and strength

I went through your beginner program, strong 20, 25, and just started your split 35 when I went on vacation. I came back and DIED (but finished) when I did day 1 of split 35. So frustrating to loose the momentum but also so gratifying that I was there (and it should be too long before I’m back there again). This good morning video gave me the confidence and WANT to start up again. Thank you for everything you do! I have been able to use/move my body in more ways the last few months than in the last 5 years after having kids. The confidence is spiking and I am for sure getting stronger! This morning was the first time I have been able to lift my hips off the floor!!! Yeah! That was a shocker even after a 2 week break from working out. Whew!

In the middle of a 6 day 90+ degree heatwave, this was perfect for getting some movement in without risking any additional heat in our not very well air conditioned house!

May 24, 2024: Had to modify the last two exercises to standing bicycle crunches and standing half jacks-side oblique crunch combos 'cause I'm not a fan of exercising on the floor. I also made it a little more intense by using a 10-lb weighted vest and 5-lb ankle weights! 💪🏽
