    Thank you so much! Currently, I'm working full time and getting my Master's so I've felt unable to workout, especially consistently. I prefer working out in the mornings but struggle to get up earlier and feel motivated and have no motivation at the end of the day because I usually get home around 9pm. Your 10 and 15 minutes workouts have been a lifesaver!!!😍 I'm regaining health! Can you make a program of your 10-minute workouts? That would be amazing!!!💕

    I *love* the 10 minute workouts. I often stack a 10 and a 7, based on how i feel and how the kids are doing. I don't like not finishing what i start from interruptions, so these short ones make it easier to finish what i start. The kids also can handle momma being busy for 10 minutes, but 25-30 is too long!

    The lift, kick, crunch, kick and lower was also a mental workout! I had to say each part out loud to keep my coordination. Great warm up and help with mobility.

    Absolutely LOVED this workout! Got up early this morning and set myself up for success, as we head into our business business season yet, and since it’s the 1st of a new month I figured let’s shower, exfoliate, and get a quick workout in while everyone’s sleeping - before sitting at my desk to organize our floral bouquet subscription giveaway. You are amazing for this type of content! Thank you ❤

    Yessssss! That was just what I needed today! I did it after my upper body strength and cardio session and I feel great! This is an awesome addition for some great stretching and strength! More like this one please! Thank you!

    this was great! i was actually starting to sweat at the end! aded this on to the abs + butt and after 15 cardio. perfect! need this on days i just need a kick to get moving. mobility and strength

    I went through your beginner program, strong 20, 25, and just started your split 35 when I went on vacation. I came back and DIED (but finished) when I did day 1 of split 35. So frustrating to loose the momentum but also so gratifying that I was there (and it should be too long before I’m back there again). This good morning video gave me the confidence and WANT to start up again.
    Thank you for everything you do! I have been able to use/move my body in more ways the last few months than in the last 5 years after having kids. The confidence is spiking and I am for sure getting stronger! This morning was the first time I have been able to lift my hips off the floor!!! Yeah! That was a shocker even after a 2 week break from working out. Whew!

    Hi team!! I loved this so much! Your description at the beginning was exactly how I was feeling this morning, and debated skipping doing anything but wanted some movement. It gave me exactly what I was needing! Movement, energy, stretching, and increased heart rate! And it is always enjoyable to workout with you two! Have an awesome day!

    May 24, 2024: Had to modify the last two exercises to standing bicycle crunches and standing half jacks-side oblique crunch combos 'cause I'm not a fan of exercising on the floor. I also made it a little more intense by using a 10-lb weighted vest and 5-lb ankle weights! 💪🏽
