    After years of doing workouts from many different trainers, I’m always surprised when I come across a move I’ve not heard of before. Flamingo crunch was a new one on me! I like it!

    I love the no repeat especially with core :) This was so much harder than I expected but my abs are going to burn in a good way :) Thank you Heather!!! Active cal around 110.

    So tough, yet so fun! One of my fave ab sessions yet. This was my finisher after a newer total body HIIT with no equipment. Terrific combo!

    I combine Heather's work outs (core, Pilates, full...) with the workouts of the Master that is Chris Heria :). It's a winning combination with these two. Love both you guys!! Both innovating, motivating, inspiring and clear:) -results every time!

    Great core workout, especially as a substitute on a day when resting from strength and cardio. Love the music! Reminds me of being in a large, beachfront hotel in California. :-)

    Im not good at routine bcoz I easy get bored on repeated exercises so I love it when this pop up! I also love that it comes with warmup and cooldown so no need to play another video. More like this plssss.

    LOVE THIS WORKOUT ! It’s a go-to and you can do it absolutely anywhere. I’m on the road this weekend, staying at a friends. I rolled out her mat and banged this one out, no issues, and all the good core burn!! Thank you Heather !

    I’m not so sporty it wasn’t easy I hate abs workout. In other programs I just skip all that put somehow I can manage her format and try and achieve the movementa most of the times but w/o hating ans workout. She is great. Thanks Heather

    Loved this. though I did modify. The side bridge kicks help boost my side plank confidence. Those felts smooth. Thanks HR for another kick start to the week.

    Done this a few times now but today it was my post HR12WEEK sesh. It never fails to hit the spot. Core work is so hard but so worth it. Great sound track too... maybe that’s why I come back to this one again and again 😆❤️

    Excellent workout.
    Though it would be great of u could explain moves in the background, helps newbies like me to get the form right.
    Also I don't have to see the screen often as I could hear what's coming next.
