Thanks for the workout. I hope this will help me a bit to get rid of that stubborn belly fat. And before you guys start judging if I’m eating clean. I started with Next Level Diet two months ago and it’s working great but every advice is welcomed.
Hi! I don’t know this diet you are following, however, in order to lose the belly fat you need to lose weight. That’s it. The abs don’t show because we have too much fat on top of them.. doing abs exercises will make them stronger but what gets rid of the fat is, unfortunately just some weight loss. P.S. you can lose weight on a unhealthy diet too as long as you are in a calorie deficit 😄😄.. only joking… i
@@alessia_traversa you’re not wrong. As long as you eat things to a minimum even if a junk food you can still lose weight. Just don’t keep this up and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
That final prayer hold was a killer eheh really enjoyed this one! (combined with a 5 min warm up plus the 10' cardio sprint, burned 262 cals on my galaxy watch)

I love that this workout is both on my back and plank. My shoulders have been feeling weak so I substituted the side plank exercise for standing weighted exercises. Love the focus on the core!❤
