    Love these shorter HIIT sessions to use as an add on if you have time, or alone if you are pressed for time, but need a good, quick, high intensity workout.

    I’m currently addicted to your kickboxing workouts and I’ve been using your squat challenge as warm up but this was a good warm up too. Can you make a kickboxing playlist? I don’t want to miss one💕

    Love this shorter HIIT for busy days or , like today in Madrid (Spain) with 38` C 100,4`F where you can't do anything longer! You are the best, Heather! Thanks a lot!

    Oh wow 2 years ago I promised myself I would be better, stronger and healthier when I’m 40, then I was in my 20‘s.
    So here I am, I did this workout today, I‘m 40, stronger and healthier then 20 yrs ago.
    My husband used to drive me around how sick I was, i couldn’t walk but I wanted to leave the house a bit. And today I realised I did this workout almost easily 😛. I am so thankful! Thank you 🙏🏻

    I did this as a finisher to a Penny Barnshaw upper body strength. This combo is amazing and on my favorites. My average HR was 161.🥵Love my RUclips trainers.
