So here I am, I did this workout today, I‘m 40, stronger and healthier then 20 yrs ago. My husband used to drive me around how sick I was, i couldn’t walk but I wanted to leave the house a bit. And today I realised I did this workout almost easily 😛. I am so thankful! Thank you 🙏🏻
