  • It's cardio time!! Today's quick 10 minute power cardio is intense and sweaty! 10 different cardio focused moves to get that heart rate up. No rest in between moves today - but of course listen to your body and do what feels right for you! This makes for a great, quick cardio workout on it's own or you could use it as a killer warm up or workout finisher :)

    I dont know if you have seen my comment the first time I sent you this so I try again ahah " I never commented any of your videos but I really wanted to thank you for all the work you're doing for your suscribers. Honestly, you are the best content creator in the fitness field!!! And I mean it, I've been an athlete (long jumper) for 10+ years and I had to stop training this year as I entered a new school after my high school diploma (the French system is a bit different though). Discovering your channel was a life saver honestly, it gave me the opportunity to train even in my tiny efficiency apartment and I can assure you that the trainings you are providing are quality content, they are challenging, stimulating and they make me feel better. I really do appreciate your approach towards sport in general, you seem really passionate about the work you do and you've really empowered me these past months, proving me that sport brings a lot more than just "muscles" or "weight loss" : it can make us feel good in our bodies!! That is really the energy that I get from you, thank you for making me feel this strong whether it be in my body or in my mind! Just don't stop and congratulations for all your new followers!! "

      I agree with Ines too. Your workouts have been so helpful during this pandemic and I’m so glad I came across your page. @ines Kudos to you for being a long jumper. My youngest sister did long jump in high school for a little bit and then switched to triple jump while in high school and then all through college. I don’t know you guys do it.

    i felt hot and too tired then saw a comment below that said you can do anything for10-13 min. so I did it and it's true!! Now I'm going for a run

      I do the same!!!! I always do a 30m HIIT, take a rest and then do another 10ish minute HIIT. Cause I never get tired of her workouts :). I mean I do after Im done but you know haha

    I love these because I start to back out when I see “power cardio” but then realize it’s only 13 min and that I can do anything for 13 min... and so can you!! So get to it 💪🏼👏🏼🙌🏼

    I did this after your leg workout and now my legs are so dead! This was so good. I don't think I'll be returning to the gym classes once lockdown ends because your videos are all I need these days :)

    This was an amazing short workout. I did another workout from one of my other channels first and was looking for something to round off the time. Little did I know this one would pack such a punch in 13 minutes! I should have done it first! I have to say I've been doing RUclips workouts for a little over a year now and I've lost 80 lbs. I've been looking for some more challenging content now that it's just too hot in my area for me to run my usual 4 miles. I think I've found it! Thank you for putting out some wonderful videos. They are truly great!

      @@sistersarahc I ended up doing it a few times along with the stairs to get to my home office. My job, when I am there, is very busy so this was helpful in keeping me almost as active.

    I like the idea of short workouts. Often on those days I have low energy and stamina I start with a short workout and then continue to another.

    Hello Heather. Thanks so much for your workouts. I only started during lockdown to try to stay positive and am now hooked. I had a replacement ankle at the end of 2018 and I can do a lot of your lower impact work (like the skating hop and a gentle run on the spot without lifting knees too high) and have found many of these really improving my mobility in just a few weeks in a different way from my static physio sesssions. Would love a mobility workout for those with a joint replacement (in my case ankle) or general lower limb injuries.

    Okay, may I just say - as a fitness instructor myself - I have been taking time off of "thinking" and doing different workout videos during the pandemic.     Ok ok ok ok so, I've only seen one minute and 18 seconds of this video and I know this is going to be my 3rd workout for the day.I can't wait, this is when I called my daughters in Jamaica, my niece in Canada, and I'm in the state and we'll all do it together I love you Heather.     As i've notice that i really need to increase my cardio,just last week i did your 19 mins nonstop no repeat workout but i change all those jumping one. But now i challenge myself to push more harder. So this one is for me. I can do it. Never give up self💪🏼

    Fantastic workout. I like to add this to the end of a workout or cycle through this a few times as a stand alone workout.

    Never judge a short cardio workout by the duration...I did 4 rounds to get a good 20 mins cardio workout b4 heading into upper body and core exercises...another great video pls upload more short and intense cardio workout! Thank u!!!

    Oh my God. I had a really long working day today and came home quite late. I had been thinking all afternoon whether I was going to miss sport today or not. Of course I made my decision and already felt bad :) But then I saw that today's workout only lasts 10 minutes and directly started the training. And what should I say?! I'll save this workout for bad days! And instead of missing one training, I will do this and feel good afterwards :) thank you so much! You made my day!

    Saw this workout and wanted to give it a try. Those burpees really got me. I had to stop multiple times throughout. I feel so out of shape right now. I used to be a workout-a-holic before quarantine started. But I enjoyed the workout. I know I will build my endurance back up. I just have to be patient and persistent. I look forward to finishing the entire video.

    This is the best, short and intense cardio workout I’ve come across. It really gets you working! The only exercise I had to modify is the one where you jump forward. I have weak knees so I have to be careful jumping. I just do a high knee jog forward. Anyway it’s a fantastic video Heather! Much appreciation from Scotland!! 🥰

    My twin sister and I discovered you in the beginning of quarantine and love your videos! We are both super fit and always up for a challenge. I was wondering if I could request a video that entails like a super challenging and super sweaty (mostly all cardio moves) style workout that would be at least 30 mins long. If you could put together a video that in your mind you would think would be one of the most intense/challenging and advanced level we would love to challenge ourselves and try it! Thanks (:
