    Hey folks! I'm a 74 year old woman who just did this workout for the first time. I made it through the whole thing with the exception of doing modified burpees! If I can do it, you can! Go for it! Great workout and so short.

      Mariana M not for the first two weeks I did not. But now I’ve moved from a 2 to 3 times a week. I fluctuate between gaining and loosing 3 to 4 pounds here and there but my body fat keeps going down.

    hi guys don't forget to drink some water and eat 3 meals! yesterday and the day before i didn't eat a lot and passed out in the middle of the workout (completely my fault). eating and staying hydrated is very important. passing out is really scary and i'd hate to see any of you have to go through that while you're working out. listen to your body! you guys got this.

    I must confess that everytime I try out other workouts I feel unsatisfied and end up coming back to this channel to get that satisfaction of a good hard workout feeling and I get mad at myself for not starting here in the first place 🤦‍♀️ Thank you Heather for these amazing workouts!       With all respect, it's because your not doing Sydney Cummings workouts, those are really killing, helpful workouts. 🥴
      Heather is awesome too, but I was the same as you, I found Sydney and since then I never got back to another youtuber

    havent been able to get through this workout before... i tried it 4 times prior and had to stop either after one or two circuts... but today, i finally did the full 12 minutes! even though i had to take longer breaks between the circuts, highkey still proud that i was able to push through the 3 rounds finally :) sweating profusely though lmao

    Out of anyone's cardio that I've tried (Pamela Reif, Chloe Ting, Holly Dolke, etc. (I love them but)) this is by far the hardest I've done. Props to Heather I'll definitely be revisiting this in the future!

    for only 13 minutes this really kicked my butt and i do cardio everyday! i also did this another 2 times and it was so intense! thanks for making me show up and work hard everyday and for posting so many kick butt workouts 💜💪🏽

    Finally! 8 months of consistent workouts, I made it through this one without extra breaks. I occasionally come back to this one to check my progress. Still challenging, still buckets of sweat!

    Definitely an intense workout! But the feeling when your done is amazing! Highest heart rate I’ve got so far from all the online workouts I’ve tried :)

    Just for reference, I'm 1,80m/5'11 weigh 72kg/158lbs, in pretty okay shape (i do sports around 6 days a week but low intensity) and i burned around 100 calories(i have a sports watch)

    This is pretty much the first vid I have done of her and I’m in love!!!! She is so intense in a good way literally I needed this! I haven’t sweated this much in a very long time she amazing and if anyone is seeing this before the workout.. DO IT U WILL FEEL AMAZING

    Hi everyone! I am officially 1 year post partum! I was 130 lbs when I first got pregnant and now
    I am 194. I definitely have struggled with my addiction to fast food due to my pregnancy! It’s been really hard especially with covid and having to stay home. I have also been diagnosed with RA (rheumatoid arthritis) and I also lost my insurance. I’m basically just holding onto my body by taking pain killers and decided to start eating better and working out! I definitely have my low days where I can’t do this workout but I do workouts for leg or foot injuries (cuz my arthritis is pretty bad on my feet) but today was a good day! I was able to get through this video and I am covered in sweat! Lol. It feels so good to feel young again bcuz I felt like a 100 year old woman when I’m only 23. Just wanted to share my story! I haven’t had any pounds really dropped except 1 pound so far but ILL TAKE IT! Haha. Goodluck to everyone on their fitness journey! Just remember to do SOMETHING and to always show up to the mat or ur carpet like me haha. Goodluck!

    I love adding this on to the end of another workout when I feel like I have a little energy left for some extra cardio (although that rarely happens if I'm doing one of your other workout videos)! You are my favorite workout channel!

    I did this at my own pace (haven’t worked out in months!) and I busted a sweat halfway thru the first out and up jacks. My heart rate went up to 165 and I am sweating more than I ever did. I hope to loose weight w your workouts!!! 🥰

    I’ve been working out for almost two years now non-stop. My cardio consists of 98% HIIT, so I can say I’m “used to it” but girl omg I was dying at the end of this. Amazing workout! I sweated more than any other HIIT workout I’ve seen here on RUclips and in less than 15 minutes!

    When I clicked on this workout thinking "why not" alreadu thinking I was nit going to get that hard work satisfaction of sweat and tears, after the first set not joke I was drenched and then felt dread knowing there was second set followed by a third. I am literally drenched!! I feel drop after drop of sweat coming down my face, this truly wasa killer workout! Happy to say I survived 😅

    "Killer HIIT cardio" is the perfect title. I got to experience the best cardio/aerobic workout from the comfort of my home in 13 minutes. Ten seconds pause was perfect and the flow of the workout was vibrant. Thank you Heather.

    This is a fantastic video! I have an achilles injury and was really struggling to get that "after gym buzz" at home with only floor work and strength training. This video gave me the buzz I was looking for time and time again. I do this every day to end my routines and my body is really shaping up - fabulous thank you!

    I did this after Lilly Sabri's 30 min boxing cardio and also her 10 min legs workout. After that I did Heather's 30 min kickboxing and now this one. Feeling exhausted but amazing! Thank you heather for your workouts

    I've been doing this one a couple years subbing in for when I can't do sprint intervals. This trainer is so good. I'm a big fit guy & I like to put this on .75 or .50 speed for extra time to bring it !! (Do you do any silent+timer buzzers workout so we can add our own music, btw?). This one is a bop at .75. If you are getting better at your body, try it.

    okay yall i plan on doing this for a month until school starts and imma keep track here to motivate myself.
    Day 1 22/12/2021: done - bruh i did the first two rotations and i couldnt do anymore lmao
    Day 2 23/12/2021: Done - i was so sore but i managed to push through all three rotations today
    Day 3 24/12/2021: Done - still sore but managed to do all three again, it's definitely getting a little easier
    Day 4 25/12/2021: didn't manage to do it cuz of Christmas gatherings and all that :(
    Day 5 26/12/2021: Done - BOY ITS GETTING SOOOO MUCH EASIER i did all three rounds without too much difficulty
    Day 6 27/12/2021: Done - ok its genuinely getting soooo much easier to do, not saying it's not tiring tho
    Day 7 28/12/2021: Was out the whole day and didn't manage to do it
    Day 8 29/12/2021: Done - its definitely getting much easier but now i put almost 100% energy into the first two rounds and by the last i was limp
    Day 9 30/12/21: didn't manage to do it, was out the whole day
    Day 10 31/12/21: Done
    Day 11 1/01/22: Done
    Day 12 2/01/22: nope
    Day 13 3/01/22: Done
    Day 14 4/01/22: Done
    Day 15 4/01/22: Done
    Dat 16: 5/01/22: Done

    I'm about to go away for several days, and needed to find a cardio routine as the small motel doesn't have anything and I'm only 4 weeks into a new workout regime. I didn't want it going belly up whilst I was away because I've been so very good at dragging myself to the basement 5 days a week to workout! And I found myself here. Doesn't look too bad I thought, just 6 simple exercises repeated a few times. I can do that.... then I began reading the comments, lol! Wish me luck!

    Heather you’re one crazy lady! If your looking for a quick intense workout this is it!!! I do this for cardio before going to the gym! I didn’t do the burpees because I don’t have time for that evilness in my life. I just incorporated jumping jacks instead 😂! Heather is one of my favs !

    I've been doing it for 5 days now, and it doesn't get easier! Not one bit! I feel like freaking fainting but once I cool down it's awesome, it really feels great

    Did this before heading to my GED classes .No excuses mom's! We can do this.Defenetly got my heart rate sky rocken and sweat is just pouring buckets .Those push ups are killer I don't like pushups but I know they are good for toning the whole body.Thanks Heather 🥵🔥💪🙂
