    I know, this will be another love-hate-relation ship. But sometimes, I really feel like pushing myself to the limits, breaking a serious sweat and feeling absolutely AMAZING afterwards.
    I feel like I'm burning calories for another 20min although it already said "well done" haha.
    This workout:
    1. is a mix out of "QUICK MOVEMENTS" and "ACTIVE BREAKS".
    You will find Elbow Planks & High Planks Planks in between all the quick movements. Almost feels like a break, but don't forget to keep the core strength!
    2. has NEW EXERCISES!
    Ready for Starfish Jumps (aka. hardcore Jumping Jacks) or Frog Jumps?
    3. is really intense but you will feel great afterwards ♥︎ trust me. The MUSIC will keep us going!
    ▸ Depending on your fitness level, height and weight you will burn between 80-160 kcal.
    I burned about 90kcal in those 10min (which is a loooot, I'm a small human and I normally burn about 250kcal in a 1h session).

    If you struggle or need a break: don't worry about it. Take a small rest, get something to drink & continue once you're ready :) most important is that you don't quit and push yourself.

    OKAY I just did it tonight & I don't think it's that bad haha! 😅 I either have crazy energy right now or I was tired when we I created the workout and filmed it.

      For me it’s the squat holds and elbow planks that help me relax a bit lmfao. I’m still in hell but at least I don’t have to jump

    I have never found anybody to motivate me like Pamela does! I have always hated cardio but somehow Pamela has been motivating me to do it daily and enjoy it! I think her relaxed fun nature makes it feel possible! The music is great too.

      agree. pure cardio goes before any muscle-targetted workout, otherwise i burn my energy on weights and can't afford to be as explosive during cardio.

      @@tugbayoldas3548 I like to have a nonslippery yoga mat and do jumping exercises without shoes. Somehow I think the mat also reduces the impact and makes my ankles feel better (compared with working out in running shoes on hard wood floor)

      @@yuhanguo6789 Thanks for the advice! I've also been doing the exercises on a yoga mat without shoes, but he's complained about it (especially after my HIIT exercises). I think I will get a better mat, maybe a towel as well.

    Edit: yea man tried it and yea sweating moderately took 2 15sec break in btw.....ill try to do it for a week continuously like to motivate..
    Day 2: successfully completed guys...today did not feel any easier..but yea the feeling u get after the workout is just worth the pain.❤️
    Day 3 : did it successfully.....yea ended all the exercise 3 sec earlier. But yea still it was the same moderately sweating....❤️ Guys just start to do it...
    Day 4: done maaan!!today I did it at 7.30 am usually I used to do it at 1.00pm after finishing all my online classes...since I did in the mrng I was more exhausted than usual days...
    Day 5: done finally felt like it was 0.0001%easy than the other days...love this vid. Today I skipped the starfish jump lol I was tired soo👉👈

    Okay those starfish jumping jacks are a killer, but my stamina is still good even tho I’m slightly dying :D but it’s interesting that i love this one the most out of all the HIIT videos! Great job! Love uu ❤️

    Absolutely LOOOVE this! These are GOALS! I'm such an active/energetic person and have a serious addiction for your "hard" workouts. I mean, beginner friendly stuff is great, but... I think it's quite easy lol.
    I love also your socks ab workout and extreme chair training A LOT! Can you upload a socks LEG workout or extreme WALL workout? Waiting for a feedback. Thank you darling 🌹
