    Completely unmotivated today. I thought let's skip one day but somehow took out the mat and did a HIIT cardio and this ab workout. Hated every single minute of it but proud of myself for completing it.

      ​@Dessz it takes some time but once you keep pushing this workout you'll see results , it's all about consistency and patience. In general the more you workout the more you'll see results overtime and it doesn't magically happen the next day so yeah.

    News: I’ve been doing Pam’s ab workouts for about 2 months total… and now I can sit up and do the hair flip with her at the “well done” part! Trust me, they work. I see more definition around my abs and a bit less fat.

      @@tina-qj4vs don't stress yourself. When I started the first week, I couldn't walk the next few days. Since then, I can even pause for 1-2 weeks (due to sickness or vacation) without risking the muscle soreness after the first workout after break

    So, I’ve been doing this workout for I think almost a week and it’s finally starting to get easier! After this one I’ve been following it with a Pilates core workout. I feel so much stronger and my abs are showing a tiny bit now!

    I just have to thank youuuu for making these 10 minute ab burner workouts. I started to do them 1-2 times a week after a cardio workout and already see results!! I am 35 so my stomach is starting to lose elasticity and show traces of cellulite. This definitely helps to hide that and give me back the tone I had in my 20s.

      Honestly yeah but the only thing that screw me were these where you need to literally touch your fck legs I can't even get them so high so how the fck I could do that and I did this after stretching 10 mins honestly I have like 5 other videos that are not even 10 min abs workout and my abs hurts as hell after that more than here but here is mostly that burn fat so IDK if I will do this again
