I just have to thank youuuu for making these 10 minute ab burner workouts. I started to do them 1-2 times a week after a cardio workout and already see results!! I am 35 so my stomach is starting to lose elasticity and show traces of cellulite. This definitely helps to hide that and give me back the tone I had in my 20s.

Honestly yeah but the only thing that screw me were these where you need to literally touch your fck legs I can't even get them so high so how the fck I could do that and I did this after stretching 10 mins honestly I have like 5 other videos that are not even 10 min abs workout and my abs hurts as hell after that more than here but here is mostly that burn fat so IDK if I will do this again

Honestly yeah but the only thing that screw me were these where you need to literally touch your fck legs I can't even get them so high so how the fck I could do that and I did this after stretching 10 mins honestly I have like 5 other videos that are not even 10 min abs workout and my abs hurts as hell after that more than here but here is mostly that burn fat so IDK if I will do this again
