The best part of a standing workout is that there are definitely no mountain climbers or planks. Really love this workout and regretted a bit that I haven't found this earlier

I started off with only like 20 minutes of exercise everyday but now I'm doing 40 minutes a day . Believe in yourselves everyone ! You can do it!! 😊

I used to love Pam's workouts but I have not been fit in a LONG time. I decided to try this one out again, substituting some of the jumps to step outs instead, and it feels so good to be working my body again. Thanks Pam!!!!

Great video, really nice. I had an issue with my ex boyfriend who cheated on me ten months ago... I was bored as hell and felt sooo depressed, but this corona time helped me to work on myself. My friend is a bodybuilder and she motivated me to work hard, and introduced me with some tips and tricks that helped me to fix my posture as well. In the meantime I got a diet from Next Level Diet to further improve my meal planning. I lost 77lbs in ten months, and I am strongly motivated for more!!

Loved this! Had to slow down the high knees cause of a knee injury, but I love when I can sweat this much in only 10 minutes and feel really fulfilled by a workout!!

Die Kombi aus Ab Workout und HIIT ist toll. Gefühlt ist ein Bauch Workout im Stehen nicht so effektiv bzw. brennt nicht so sehr. Aber die Kombi aus beidem macht’s. 👍😻

Day 3 (Monday (7/18) omg I felt the burn I even started sweating and I normally don't sweat working out that's how you know it was a good one, I stopped when burpees and planks came in but I did do the squat hold, I just physically couldn't do it 😧
