    The best part of a standing workout is that there are definitely no mountain climbers or planks. Really love this workout and regretted a bit that I haven't found this earlier

    just finished this workout, felt so good! I've been following Pamela's workouts for almost 2 years now and never felt better, she even inspired me to start creating my own workouts this year and this workout reminded me of my first one, love training abs and burn lots of calories at the same time!       @@nunu-ur8sr i am doing intermittent fasting.. i eat 8-10 hours and don’t eat anything for the other hours of the day.. and drinking a lot of water is important as well

    I first started exercising 2 and a half months ago now and at first it was extremely hard as my body wasn't used to it but now alittle after I'm fine with them! I'm only a teen and over the years I was putting on weight .
    I've lost 7 kgs which I'm so happy about! I've been exercising every day and eating much healthier! I started off with only like 20 minutes of exercise everyday but now I'm doing 40 minutes a day . Believe in yourselves everyone ! You can do it!! 😊

    You are very motivating. I am 12 years old and I am doing your exercises. I have a belly and I weigh 51 kilos. At home they tell me that you are too fat. Yes, I am fat, but I do sports and I will lose weight.And no one will make fun of me💪🌟

      I’m 3 months late but I love this! I’m 13 years old and I am also trying to lose weight cuz I am not going to lie but these days are getting harder for me and I can not control my weight, so I’m trying hard to lose it. We can both do it together and win our prize!

    Pamela, this has to be one of your best HIIT workouts. It is so intense and effective and has me sweating like a pig. But I really loved all the exercises, specially the new ones.     Great video, really nice. I had an issue with my ex boyfriend who cheated on me ten months ago... I was bored as hell and felt sooo depressed, but this corona time helped me to work on myself. My friend is a bodybuilder and she motivated me to work hard, and introduced me with some tips and tricks that helped me to fix my posture as well. In the meantime I got a diet from Next Level Diet to further improve my meal planning. I lost 77lbs in ten months, and I am strongly motivated for more!!

    Loved this! Had to slow down the high knees cause of a knee injury, but I love when I can sweat this much in only 10 minutes and feel really fulfilled by a workout!!

    3 gute Gründe sich dagegen zu entscheiden!
    1. schützt mich nicht vor Ansteckung
    2.ich Schütze andere nicht vor Ansteckung
    3. schützt mich nicht vor einem schweren Verlauf
    4. schützt mich nicht vor dem Krankenhaus
    5. schützt mich nicht vor dem Tod
    6 . Alle 3 Monate neu auffrischen damit man eventuell einen Nutzen hat
    7. ich muss trotzdem Maske tragen
    8. ich muss trotzdem Abstand halten
    9. ich darf trotzdem nicht ohne Test in die Gastro/Kino/ Freizeitaktivitäten
    Ups.. Waren doch mehr als 3 Gründe dagegen
    Ach, der wichtigste
    10. ich hatte Corona, habe also einen Schutz (die Regierung bestimmt nur wie lange der geht, erst 6 Monate, jetzt 3,andere Länder sagen 12 Monate. Warum wird nicht im Blut auf Antikörper getestet? Ist der Wert hoch genug braucht man keine Impfung)
    So, jetzt aber genug Gründe😂

    Pam, loved this one!! I think it would be absolutely great if you could do a lower body workout that includes lunges, split squats, deadlifts etc. with weights! I know you would make it extra harddd!!🍑🍑🍑

    i rllly hope ur workouts are downloadable, i can’t workout in the morning bc of studies and stuff so i dont have time but i rlly want to workout so i do at night but the problem is my family would turn off the internet at night huhu anyways thank you pam!! for keeping me motivated to continue to workout

    Thank you so much for the music! I used to struggle so much with my workout rhythm by switching songs, and now I don’t cause the music in your videos fits perfectly with the type of workout, now I don’t interrupt my exercise because of that:)

    Die Kombi aus Ab Workout und HIIT ist toll. Gefühlt ist ein Bauch Workout im Stehen nicht so effektiv bzw. brennt nicht so sehr. Aber die Kombi aus beidem macht’s. 👍😻

    Day 2 - skipped ( really procrastinating this one 💀)

    Day 3 (Monday (7/18) omg I felt the burn I even started sweating and I normally don't sweat working out that's how you know it was a good one, I stopped when burpees and planks came in but I did do the squat hold, I just physically couldn't do it 😧

    you are a life saver. i started working out on your videos.. i do two 15 min workout videos a day. i love the dancing ones. I love it !!!
