Thank you, Heather for most usually doing two repetitions on exercises instead of three. I find this much more interesting in the workouts fly by without realizing all the work being done. That being said, I do acknowledge that it’s a lot more work for you to fill up program that focusing on two sets of each instead of three.definitely set you in part in attention to and effective choreography. Always keeping our bodies, guessing in us as well and making for a very enjoyable strenuous exercise workout for the extra extra time and energy.❤

I did this one after one of your older workouts it was the Total Body Strength & Toning Dumbbell workout! Phew, I almost quit after the first set of high knees. I didn't do my very best but I did try! I will definitely be revisiting it after an arm day. I think I may have pushed myself a lil too hard today 😅

❤ IT !!! ... and that’s something to say 😂because I hate cardio. ɪ used it as my warm up before Full body strength with weights from 4ʏᴇᴀʀs ᴀɢᴏ-old one but timelessly great like YOU!
Wow! The cross climbers did me in, I had to stop twice on the second round .I was able to finish all the other moves without resting so I'll try this again next workout. I did a 20 min metcon before this and it really did make the burn much more noticeable.
I love this! Sometimes I like short cardio after doing resistance training. Thank you!
