Getting back to HR workouts and rather strength training after a gap of almost 4 months. Was uncertain whether I could do it at all but I pushed myself to finish this workout and I'm now pumped to get back to strength training full swing. Thanks Heather! This workout was what I was looking for. A perfect combination of controlled movements that make you feel stronger and still break a good amount of sweat.

Love your workouts, Heather! Please make more videos like this with triceps work. I feel like many of the workouts are very shoulder-centric and I have a bad shoulder so these are difficult. Plus, many women have the "bat wing" triceps plaguing them! Thanks!
Great 40 minute workout. Hadn’t lifted weights all week so this was a great workout to fire up all the major muscle groups, get in some core, and even a little cardio. A great sweat sesh, thank you 🙏
