Great workout, is my second time with this one. I would love a strength challenging workout for the deloading stage. Because, I train at home and sometimes I want to keep my strength and at the same time give my body a little rest of dumbells but still get the feeling of a great effort. This was an amazing workout, absolutely loved everything about it including the pace, the music and that there wasn't too much intense cardio. :) I am watching my cortisol levels and this was just perfect. More like this please.:)
This was perfect! I would love if you could put together an ab workout that doesn’t use arms (I have a wrist injury so planks etc are hard) and with ankle weights!!
Hey Heather! I love love love all of your videos and use them exclusively for online workout content. Sometimes I will put on a 30 minute cardio followed by a 30 minute strength to mimic what I would do in a gym setting. I wonder if you have any videos like that or could do something along those lines?
Not sure if it’s just me or if you even have control over it but the ads for this video and the 2 at the end of July pop up at inopportune times, like the middle of an exercise. I have to stop what I’m doing, skip the ad and get back to the exercise. Very disruptive. Other than that, I love your workouts and am thankful for this resource.
