    I love that this workout was only 2 sets - sometimes the third set is just too much to get through. Loved this workout - thank you!

    The brilliance of this workout is that just when your legs are going to give out, Heather switches to arms. Arms ready to fall off? Back to legs. PERFECTION!

    This is my first time starting the month on the first day! I finally got it in sync! Usually I try to do every other day and just consistently do that but it never works out so this is my first time comitting to the month calendar workout! Lets get it team!!!! 💪🏻💪🏻

    Great workout, is my second time with this one. I
    would love a strength challenging workout for the deloading stage. Because, I train at home and sometimes I want to keep my strength and at the same time give my body a little rest of dumbells but still get the feeling of a great effort.

    Hey Heather! I love love love all of your videos and use them exclusively for online workout content. Sometimes I will put on a 30 minute cardio followed by a 30 minute strength to mimic what I would do in a gym setting. I wonder if you have any videos like that or could do something along those lines?

    Not sure if it’s just me or if you even have control over it but the ads for this video and the 2 at the end of July pop up at inopportune times, like the middle of an exercise. I have to stop what I’m doing, skip the ad and get back to the exercise. Very disruptive. Other than that, I love your workouts and am thankful for this resource.

    Perfect workout after one week break. I liked the lunge combinations and the crunch with weights to keep balance and shoulders on the mat. Thank you Heather. That was awesome.
