  • Today we are focused on building lean toned muscle with this Full Body Strength Workout. We are working through supersets today to make sure we really feel the burn! Choose a weight that challenges you but allows you to maintain proper form. I suggest starting with a heavier dumbbell and then dropping down in weight if necessary as you power through each set. Let's do this!!

    I just canceled my gym membership because working out with Heather is way more effective than I just go the gym and working out without any structures. I work with Heather since Coronavirus and I got very good results . Thank you Heather ❤️

      Ha ha, i thought the same. I tried so many other workouts and most trainers really fancy themselves and just talk about nothing for half an hour and then start explaining how to do their exercises, it puts me off before even starting it. So glad i discovered Heather. She gets straight to the point. She knows she is beautiful and does not need to show off like those other trainers do 🙊🙊🙊 (sorry) 💞

    Today was the day I learned a tough lesson. I have been doing your workouts for the past coupe of weeks. I tend to do strength 3x a week and low impact cardio 3x a week on different days. This morning I woke up and I wasn't feeling particularly motivated which was a new sensation for me as I tend to look forward to strength workouts. I didn't sleep well last night so I think my body wasn't feeling up to an intense strength workout. I should have listened. I did this workout and about 10 minutes in I realized I was going to have a very tough time with it. I had to take longer rest periods and do shorter sets. Then I had to finally tap out when I noticed I was getting nauseated. So folks, if you think you need a rest day, take it! Do yoga or just walk if you want to do something. I am thinking I may need to take two rest days a week instead of the one I have been taking. Looks like one of my cardio sessions is going to be sacrificed. Oh well.

    Definitely an endurance workout, I can’t remember the last time I was so shaky! That last set is killerrr. I love how we don’t use momentum in this one, it takes so much control and burns the muscles in a totally different way. Thanks so much, Heather!

    I love Heather’s workouts! Been doing them since April now. In my proselytizing I caution friends to stay away from anything that has Killer or Insane in the title for awhile , even if it’s only 10 min. Now I’m adding Superset to the flag words. Great workout!

    Just did it ! Love love 💕 she hits all body parts and it’s a killer. 6 circuits 2 moves done 3xs before proceeding. Omg ! My body is sore AF this is going to my fav total body strength workout. Calories 242 HR 161. Thanks Heather Monday workout is crushed. ✅

    this is a terrific workout for a busy day. it's efficient and effective. you will feel the burn in this almost 40 minutes workout.

    Loving your work outs! I am older almost 60) and have to remember I am not the young person that used to teach and train. I run out of steam but can keep up for 95%I like that you make the exercises work for low or high input and I can get the most out of what I put in.. Just old joints not working so well but heart rate rises and I feel great after. I encourage any older person or new to these videos to keep trying. No one is watching you stop if you get tired , pause it, or do less reps, but finish it !

    Absolutely love it! So glad i discovered your channel, I was sick of videos with unrealistic goals and just focused on the way we look.     Heather as a retired fitness instructor I have been in an isolated Covid funk not getting myself to workout much despite it being a huge part of my life. That is until someone recommended you.     I'm sounding like a broken record but THIS is my favorite HR workout. The 3 sets were perfect for fatiguing the muscles and getting a solid burn.
    Favorite exercise- tricep kickback and boxer squats
    Hardest-plank/burpee pop jacks. Totally didn't see that coming at the finish. Wore me out but felt awesome! Thanks heather!

    Same as someone else wrote in comments below. Stopped my gym membership because of corona virus and started the Heathers 12 week programme was brilliant, finished the programme and now doing all your other workout videos the 1 hour ones are great as this is how long I worked out at gym classes.     I have recently found your workouts and have been doing them, especially the dumbell ones and like those - this workout is a killer......I LOVE IT!
    I have tried other dumbell workouts before and they don't come close to yours in terms of the intensity without having to jump around.

    I haven't missed a day of Heather's program. I definitely got fitter by week 11and the exercises I struggled with during the first week feel much easier now. Combined with healthier eating, I lost 5kg for the last 3 months and Heather's program helped me to maintain the weight and fitness level. Sad the program is coming to an end. Thank you so very much for this Heather - you are such a generous beautiful person. Secretly hoping for another 12 week program from you :)

    I have come a long way since I started doing hiit last year with you Heather.. has been an amazing journey.
