This was great! You had mentioned in one of your past videos that you love jumping. I appreciate the no jumping workouts as I am sure there are so many people that do not jump for various reasons. I love your “no talk” videos. Love the previews before each exercise. I feel I can be in my own world until I hear the bell to stop and prepare for the next one.

I never leave comments, but this was hands down one of the best workouts you have posted. I hop around a lot on your channel depending on what I’m looking for. Today, I needed something that would be easy on my knees, full body, but still work up a sweat. This checked every box and more. Some of the moves, I was able to take up a notch because my knees were feeling strong, and this sweat is pouring out of me. Thank you!!

HI Healther. I recently started your combo HIIT and strength workouts. I really like the low impact and still getting my heart rate up and feeling myself getting strong. I was going to go back to my gym and hire a trainer to help me get to my next level of fitness, but you are doing that for me here!!! I am 66 yrs old and so proud of myself for being able to keep up with you. I see that you just moved back to Calgary. My family is there ( I am in the US) hope to get home soon when the border opens. Thanks for your sweet, gentle ( not in my face) aka Canadian and yet awesome powerhouse energy.

The knee raises with the dumbbells was hard. Upper arms are still not quite there yet so it was difficult for me to raise. Love the soundtrack. Keeps me motivated!

Actually, I enjoy your entire set up - the music (which I normally wish I could silence) is great, the breaks give time to switch or put down my weights and the *full screen* preview allows me to study the upcoming exercises and are so much better than the tiny square in the corner pulling attention away from what I'm supposed to be doing. I absolutely loved this one. It’s my first time doing this routine. It was hard but GREAT 👍. I am inserting these new ones in between the 12 week ones (2nd time around) - as I am stretching them into as many weeks as possible through the winter and the lockdown.
