    This was great! You had mentioned in one of your past videos that you love jumping. I appreciate the no jumping workouts as I am sure there are so many people that do not jump for various reasons. I love your “no talk” videos. Love the previews before each exercise. I feel I can be in my own world until I hear the bell to stop and prepare for the next one.

    I’ve been following you since early 2020 and this is hands down still the best channel. The workouts are proven to show results and challenging while also manageable for people with busy schedules.     I want to say thank you. OMG THIS WAS AWESOME.
    I’m 62 was following you during the start of the Covid. Broke my wrist July 29. I have not been able to do anything since. Except a bit of walking. I’m saying all this because, today is my first day starting again; although I had to take breaks today, I managed to finish. I love your workouts, this is helping me regain some strength. Bless you.

    Great LI workout. Active cal around 220. Even though its LI it definitely gets your HR up and sweating! I am really enjoying the 6 weeks LI Program!

    Oh, man! I was just getting ready to do yesterday's new Tabata and this one dropped!! As hard as it is to wait, I'm going to stick with the Tabata for today. Tonight will be like Christmas Eve as I wait to do this new HIIT sesh tomorrow. Thank you, Heather!!

    This workout is right on time! I haven’t been able to workout lately like I want to bc of a knee injury. Struggling to find a good low impact circuit that’s as effective as cardio but without the undue pressure to my knee. Thanks hun! You’re my hero!

    This was a great workout! Really got me sweating. I am doing the 2 week lockdown plan right now and this fit in perfectly. As a 62 year old exerciser, I especially appreciate all the time you spend on warm up and cool down. Thnaks Heather!

    I never leave comments, but this was hands down one of the best workouts you have posted. I hop around a lot on your channel depending on what I’m looking for. Today, I needed something that would be easy on my knees, full body, but still work up a sweat. This checked every box and more. Some of the moves, I was able to take up a notch because my knees were feeling strong, and this sweat is pouring out of me. Thank you!!

    I feel like I need to say, that normally I would do your new workouts within a minute. At the moment I am repeating your 12 Weeks program, Week 10 Day 3 already (btw I love it so much!), there is no energy left to do these workouts, but as soon as the 12 Weeks are done, I will do all these new ones, they look great!     Thank you for this low impact exercise! Being pre-diabetic, I can personally attest that it normalized my after lunch blood sugar today. I sweat a LOT with this one 😁.     I absolutely loved this one. It’s my first time doing this routine. It was hard but GREAT 👍. I am inserting these new ones in between the 12 week ones (2nd time around) - as I am stretching them into as many weeks as possible through the winter and the lockdown. It’s so great to have a little “distraction” with these new ones (new for me). Thank you HR 😊

    Am I the only one who feels guilty for skipping a workout from HR? This is how I feel today, so tired and wasn't even able to do the 17 min Tabata yesterday!!!! So double workout to day and that KNEE DRIVE killed my shoulders! YOU are now my habit Heather!!!!

    I just found you and love the workouts so far! Actually, I enjoy your entire set up - the music (which I normally wish I could silence) is great, the breaks give time to switch or put down my weights and the *full screen* preview allows me to study the upcoming exercises and are so much better than the tiny square in the corner pulling attention away from what I'm supposed to be doing.
