And I mean it, I've been an athlete (long jumper) for 10+ years and I had to stop training this year as I entered a new school after my high school diploma (the French system is a bit different though). Discovering your channel was a life saver honestly, it gave me the opportunity to train even in my tiny efficiency apartment and I can assure you that the trainings you are providing are quality content, they are challenging, stimulating and they make me feel better. I really do appreciate your approach towards sport in general, you seem really passionate about the work you do and you've really empowered me these past months, proving me that sport brings a lot more than just "muscles" or "weight loss" : it can make us feel good in our bodies!! For me, the indescribable joy comes AFTER I've done it - definitely not at seeing that I have 50 minute H.R. workout to tackle. No repeats makes it a bit better, but geesh!! Loving the results though! 💯💪

Thank you so much for everything you do and keeping us sane during this troubling times. Before 16 years I got diagnosed with pcos and hypothyroidism and was obese. I started working out and lost around 30 kilos and have maintained since then. But in this last three months I have been regularly doing your strength workouts and hiit cardio and the results are amazing. Manisha Shukla. Sorry for responding you late. I just saw your message now. I did two days of hiit cardio, two days of full body strength workout and two days of strength and conditioning workouts. One full hour 6 days and one rest day. Focused on diet too. Cut down on sugar and deep fried food but still had two cheat meals a week. Just be consistent and even though you don’t want to workout still just go and do it. Your body will thank you later.

I recently switched my night workouts to morning workouts because of my new work schedule and it's been a really rough transition. This is by far the best grouping and sequencing workout video. Leg exercises are grouped by “family” , so the transitions were not difficult and made me less lightheaded. And I must say this is the best cool down by far. Thanks HR!

I finally completed day six! I recently got back into exercising and decided to do this 7 day challenge. I was very apprehensive about day 6...pre watching the video and psych'd myself out for it. and DID IT!!! it actually went pretty fast. The no repeat exercise format is actually really nice! I DID IT!

Day 6 Killer No repeat HIIT workout home was completed. It is very sweat circuit of exercises. All of them thoroughly choose in order for the drilling different groups of muscles (arms,legs,booty,abs). It was the toughest workout of the previous five,but it was the best! I also agree with you guys but it only makes the difference if you feel a little uncomfortable. If it feels the same throughout whole exercise than the body gets use to it and does not evolve. But if it feels like that only for 10secs thats ok no? :) Wish all of you a lots of energy to do the exercises. Heather is great!!!

I just wanna say thank you, Heather, this short and sweet challenge is amazing! I'm a fairly active person but I have not gone to the gym for about a year at this point, working out at home is fine but planning my workouts is a bit of a pain. So I tried this 7-day program and I absolutely loved it! Even though 7 days is not a long time to see big progress, for anyone's there thinking about trying it, do it! I noticed a difference in my strength and stamina by Day 6 (which is today). After the first 2 days, I looked at Day 6's 50min workout and I was a bit scared, because the first workout on day 1 got me goooood, and that was like 40min. But today, after completing this 50min workout, I felt great! One more thing I noticed is how easy the pushups are getting! After this program, I will for sure try your other programs and I am already recommending this to all of my friends hah. Thank you again for putting so many awesome programs and content out there!

Really on the fence about working out tonight after I put the kids to bed. Quarantining blues hit hard today - have also been late night snacking. The combination has made me feel achy and gross. This is great for cardio day. I added more jumping moves like burpees inchworm jumps pop squats from your other video. 40/20 nd a lot of floor work wasn’t raising my HR so after the 5th move of floor work I added some of your jumping moves. That took me to HR 167 and over 300 calories with 177 BPM. These are comments for me not criticizing. I plan my workouts just like my meals. Thanks Heather

Wow! Raised my Hr from last time from 158 to 171. I did add more jumping moves when she was doing abs so maybe that’s why. But legit completely drenched and pumped over 320 calories. BPM 173⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🙌🏻😨🥵🔥😢😩🤩 back tomorrow to do the new one she uploaded two days ago. The total body strength workout w no jumping. Whoa I never thought I'd reached 6 days all my workouts before do not even exceed 30 min and I just do it like 4-5 times a week. I started last Monday and I did it until today everyday! My GAwwwd! I died when I saw the 51 min today but still, what a great achievement. Thanks Heather for the amazing workouts, your body is amazing for doing these videos. I can't wait for tomorrow's workout!

Day 6 Killer No repeat HIIT workout home was completed. It is very sweat circuit of exercises. All of them thoroughly choose in order for the drilling different groups of muscles (arms,legs,booty,abs). It was the toughest workout of the previous five,but it was the best! Thank you very much, Heather for a great opportunity to be in a shape!💪👍🌟🎀

I also agree with you guys but it only makes the difference if you feel a little uncomfortable. If it feels the same throughout whole exercise than the body gets use to it and does not evolve. But if it feels like that only for 10secs thats ok no? :) Wish all of you a lots of energy to do the exercises. Heather is great!!!

I just wanna say thank you, Heather, this short and sweet challenge is amazing! I'm a fairly active person but I have not gone to the gym for about a year at this point, working out at home is fine but planning my workouts is a bit of a pain. So I tried this 7-day program and I absolutely loved it!
Even though 7 days is not a long time to see big progress, for anyone's there thinking about trying it, do it! I noticed a difference in my strength and stamina by Day 6 (which is today). After the first 2 days, I looked at Day 6's 50min workout and I was a bit scared, because the first workout on day 1 got me goooood, and that was like 40min. But today, after completing this 50min workout, I felt great! One more thing I noticed is how easy the pushups are getting!
After this program, I will for sure try your other programs and I am already recommending this to all of my friends hah. Thank you again for putting so many awesome programs and content out there!

Really on the fence about working out tonight after I put the kids to bed. Quarantining blues hit hard today - have also been late night snacking. The combination has made me feel achy and gross. Thankfully I didn't give in to my laziness and just finished this workout. I feel 100% better. Thanks, Heather!

This is great for cardio day. I added more jumping moves like burpees inchworm jumps pop squats from your other video. 40/20 nd a lot of floor work wasn’t raising my HR so after the 5th move of floor work I added some of your jumping moves. That took me to HR 167 and over 300 calories with 177 BPM. These are comments for me not criticizing. I plan my workouts just like my meals. Thanks Heather

Wow! Raised my Hr from last time from 158 to 171. I did add more jumping moves when she was doing abs so maybe that’s why. But legit completely drenched and pumped over 320 calories. BPM 173⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🙌🏻😨🥵🔥😢😩🤩 back tomorrow to do the new one she uploaded two days ago. The total body strength workout w no jumping. I’m sure my HR will be up don’t let that “ no jumping “ fool anyone I’m sure it will kick my ass! 😝 Thanks HR! Have a great night. .

Whoa I never thought I'd reached 6 days all my workouts before do not even exceed 30 min and I just do it like 4-5 times a week. I started last Monday and I did it until today everyday! My GAwwwd! I died when I saw the 51 min today but still, what a great achievement. Thanks Heather for the amazing workouts, your body is amazing for doing these videos. I can't wait for tomorrow's workout!
