Okay, so i remember complaining about too many repetitions in this workout couple months ago, but I keep coming back to it and over time I started to really enjoy it. Just a little feedback for you, I really love how you sometimes show how difficult these are by modifying the workout ( like the jump squat) or even stopping for a split second ( plant tuck). It helps me feel like we are in this together and it keeps me motivated bc I know I’m not the only one dying over here! So thank you 💗💋🙌🏼
This one is a really good workout! 45 second sets, including some challenging ones, and only 15 second breaks keeps the heartrate going. So many of the online "HIIT" workouts have almost as much break as workout and don't really do the job if you are past beginner level. This is a great substitute when I am not running when the weather is bad, or the gyms are closed. Mostly women commenting, but this is good for men too.
I loved the workout. As an avid athlete myself I love the intensity and the variations of exercises in this workout 👌. Good job everyone who was able to complete and let’s keep improving ourselves every single day. 💪💪💪

I’ve been doing youtube workouts for a while now. I must say this was one destructive workout! The only workout I struggled to complete. 40mins seemed eternity 🤯 anyway I completed it, and it feels no less than an achievement. Wooh.
I just want to say this is the best organized HIIT video I've ever attempted and the fact that it includes music, wow! The timer is with sound AND on screen, there is a preview of the moves, all moves are named on screen, the breaks are very obviously breaks. I mean it's so well planned on screen and with sound. And I was not able to finish it so the intensity is quite admirable too. Such a great video and workout!
I've been diligently working out for 10 years now and it has become a routine. So it's fair to say that I have followed so many workout vidoes out there and yours are among my favourite ones. This is a great HIIT workout! Thank you so much! I think that what would be an additional "one-up" on other online workouts is having a video option that doesn't include the music. It could just be me, but this kind of music is overwhelming to me and it would be great to have the cues and be able to listen to my own choice of music.

Really appreciate the content, setup, layout and form. This workout gets straight to business with very little talk (a very rare feature with most home workout videos) and is honestly effectively brutal.

This is just a killer work out. Omg ! 2 circuits with 6 exercises each. Repeat both circuits plus moves. So circuits done twice and moves done 4xs each. My HR went to 165 and I burned over 300 calories. Thanks Heather

Holy crap. Just did this workout again after sometime. Love that it's a full 40-minute no BS workout. A lot of Heather's other workouts spend more time on warm-up and cool down so it's not the full stated time. It's important of course to stretch and warm-up and cooldown but on days when you're short on time and you want to max out, this is the workout. A good amount of plyometric. A good mix of upper and lower body. Definitely a killer. I'm dripping sweat!

I'm glad I've finally found a HIIT workout where the instructor does not talk all the time, with a good loud music that encourages your steps and is really easy to follow. I literally died, it was the first workout I found on RUclips that made me sweat from the 2nd minute but at the same time I really enjoy. My activity tracker shows 578 burned calories within the 40(+8) minutes. Thank you Heather, you're a star! Im going to follow you. I'm sad I didn't find you earlier.

This was definitely a killer! But it had my heart rate up the entire time and burned 455 calories while doing it for those wondering. I have completed many HIIT workouts on youtube and this one has been one of the most demanding for sure!

Great workout ! Love the pre-views before the moves ,and added music . Must admit in the last round I only managed 30 seconds for each .... but now it’s a challenge to get to the 45 I am pooped !

Great workout, I was sweating halfway through! The only thing that took away my motivation is that the second half included the same movements as the first 20 minutes. Anyway, I loved your form, it was on point and I am definitely going to do this more

Absolutely and definitely the hardest HIIT workout I’ve done so far on RUclips from getting back to working out!! Everytime I was thinking “okay almost done” or just a sigh of relief because I thought the workout was over but the reps just kept repeating!! very intense. I nearly made it to the end, pretty good for a 64-yr-old. Too much repetition of sets, I'd like to have mixed it up more, maybe some sit-ups, etc.
Ladies you can all easily do the modofications if it's easier for you. A lot of people can't do the HIIT because of the different repetations . I personally love it but a lot of people can't do it . I think the supersets are great .. And I think you lady's are bad ass for getting through this program 💪🙌

Inner Dialogue: (I have never quit a workout - unless on a handful of ocassions I felt I needed rest but started working out to be sure it was needing a rest and not just work flatness; also workout 365 days a year) 1 minute in - you can quit after 20 minutes. 5 minutes in - you can quit after 10 (it will be a damn hard 10m HIIT - good job!!). 10 minutes in - this is fun. 20 minutes in - ok 2nd half will be easier. 21 minutes in - wrong. 25 minutes in - half way through wow this is so fun!. 30 minutes in - wait what? So fun I lost track of counting. 35 minutes in - ah dont finish! 40 minutes in - I am invincible. This is incredible. My mantra was "this is easy" over and over and over...recommend it!
This is the most challenging workouts of yours that I’ve done. I think the repeats make it more difficult. Sometimes the no repeat workouts are too easy.
I finally found someone who is not talking all the time while exercising. What a relief!!! NO TALK JUST WORKING OUT.

wowza super tough and challenging, but also fun. Not too repetitive, and the exercises are always changing so it does not get boring.
I burned about 300 calories during this workout as a 155cm 50kg female! So effective!

Absolutely and definitely the hardest HIIT workout I’ve done so far on RUclips from getting back to working out!! Everytime I was thinking “okay almost done” or just a sigh of relief because I thought the workout was over but the reps just kept repeating!! A super intense workout, thank you so much❤️ I am drenched in sweat 😅

I like heather workout because she gives me enough rest time to recover. And her movement is clear .I like your workout.
very intense. I nearly made it to the end, pretty good for a 64-yr-old. Too much repetition of sets, I'd like to have mixed it up more, maybe some sit-ups, etc.
Gina Queenbee and I thought I was the only one - we older ones can give some of the young ones inspiration
I agree more of a mix up would have been great but overall a wonderful intense workout

Ladies you can all easily do the modofications if it's easier for you. A lot of people can't do the HIIT because of the different repetations . I personally love it but a lot of people can't do it . I think the supersets are great .. And I think you lady's are bad ass for getting through this program 💪🙌

Hi Heather iam not new on doing HIIT workouts. !!!But your workout is no joke!!! About 5 mnts into your workout my legs where fatiging,about 10 mnts in to the workout my ears where plugging,about 12 mnts into it, my heartrate was pounding out of my chest and it stayed like that till the end of it.Thanks for this killer workout Heather.☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

I have to agree with everyone else! Your workouts challenge me physically and mentally. Of course they’re difficult but I always say if it doesn’t hurt or challenge you, then you’re not growing or developing. Definitely a subscriber now. Thanks for your positivity, your passion to help people get in shape and be healthy and just being you! I look forward to more workouts!

Inner Dialogue: (I have never quit a workout - unless on a handful of ocassions I felt I needed rest but started working out to be sure it was needing a rest and not just work flatness; also workout 365 days a year) 1 minute in - you can quit after 20 minutes. 5 minutes in - you can quit after 10 (it will be a damn hard 10m HIIT - good job!!). 10 minutes in - this is fun. 20 minutes in - ok 2nd half will be easier. 21 minutes in - wrong. 25 minutes in - half way through wow this is so fun!. 30 minutes in - wait what? So fun I lost track of counting. 35 minutes in - ah dont finish! 40 minutes in - I am invincible. This is incredible. My mantra was "this is easy" over and over and over...recommend it!

This is the most challenging workouts of yours that I’ve done. I think the repeats make it more difficult. Sometimes the no repeat workouts are too easy.
