I also do this sometimes when I’m behind a few days. I do one in the morning and the other in the evening. It’s amazing how you can do it back to back.🎉

Loved this Cardio and ab combo The ab finisher kicked my butt! Hated it while I was going through it but loved it when I finished & accomplished it. My body is on fire 🔥 😩 😫 😂😂 BUT I LOVE IT!! Keep them coming!🦾🦾🫡

Hace casi 5 años qud sigo a Heather y me encanta!! Hoy me siento frustrada pues pese a seguir todos sus entrenamiento aun sigo incapaz, en sus rutinas de cardio y abdominales cumplirlas a la perfeccion, siempre debo prolongar algunos de sus recesos, hacer modificaciones y por ejemplo en los abdominales de hoy solo hacer 30 segundos y no los 40. No se como hacer para mejorar en este aspecto!! 😢

Looking forward to this this evening ✨ quick question- flaming crunches- One thing I have struggled with no matter where I am at in each of your programs is doing a flamingo crunch. Is there a mod for this at all? It just seems like it is a physical limitation for me
That was a killer sweat sesh! 🥵 My quads were screaming, but more than that my struggle was with all the coordination involved in switching sides so fast - not my strong point!
First time trying one of your videos, sadly due to arthritis in my hips and knees, all those lunges and floor work had to be modified, but I did enjoy the workout. I’ll just look for all standing ones.
First time I couldn’t keep up during ab session, pushed thru cardio but had to take wee breaks during the ab circuit so missed some reps. Abs used to be my strength! Need to give them more attention I learnt today.
The most challenging for me so far!! When the abs started I genuinely considered laying on my mat and sleep, I really had to give myself a pep talk to keep going which never happened before haha

Great sweat from that cardio! Wasn't a huge fan of the abs circuit - circuits with so many crunch variations seem extra tough to get through.
