It may seem like a small thing that you decided to include your moments of fatigue and adjusting, but it actually was so encouraging and motivating. Dear Heather, you are probably not going to read this but I wanted to thank you for kicking me out of my deep sadness from losing my precious cat Felix. It's been a week since his passing and today is the first day that I was able to convince myself to start exercising again. Lol I'm here too. This program kicked my butt way too much so I'm doing it again 😂😂😂😂 my favourite was 2.0 tho because of the red outfit, it was easy to get through but I felt soreness and the effects the next day. 1.0 was hard for me, on the second phase of it it became fun. 3.0 and it's express we're super lovely because of the METCON (my favourite workout) and it was super effective, my whole body looked amazing..... But 4.0, 4.0 lol let me try again 😂😂😂😂😂
I made it to day 38 but in the past few weeks I've fallen off schedule quite a bit. Rather than keep going, I decided to start the program over from the beginning. It doesn't feel like quitting; I feel reinvigorated and ready to get back on track!

6 months postpartum and so happy to be able to do this 12 week challenge focused on strength. I lost basically all my strength during my 3 months recovery time, so getting back into strength training has felt soooo great!! Many thanks for adding the weight icon with the size caption. It allows me to focus on the next exercise rather than pausing to figure out if I should a 10lb or a 15 lb dumbbell. Also, I appreciates you keeping in the sections where you need to switch to a lighter dumbbell or go to a low impact modification. It reminds me that we're all human and I'm not failing at the workout; sometimes it's just tough.
I'm SO EXCITED for this new series!! I love the addition of barbell suggestions! I also love that you teach us to listen to our bodies by modeling. I had 15s but couldn't even get them up so I switched to 12's. Yeah! See you tomorrow!

Sometimes I feel disappointed in myself when I have to take a break during a set or drop down in weight but seeing you do it, made me realize that perfection is not the goal. Just did my day 1. I can’t believe how fast the time went and the x2 felt like it was doable. So excited to discover your channel. This workout tells me you know exactly how the average person works out so you want them to feel the burn as time moves fast so it feels doable so that we come back feeling motivated.

Lol I'm here too. This program kicked my butt way too much so I'm doing it again 😂😂😂😂 my favourite was 2.0 tho because of the red outfit, it was easy to get through but I felt soreness and the effects the next day. 1.0 was hard for me, on the second phase of it it became fun. 3.0 and it's express we're super lovely because of the METCON (my favourite workout) and it was super effective, my whole body looked amazing..... But 4.0, 4.0 lol let me try again 😂😂😂😂😂
I am starting this today! Excited to try this and hopefully at the end of 12 weeks I will notice some improvement
I made it to day 38 but in the past few weeks I've fallen off schedule quite a bit. Rather than keep going, I decided to start the program over from the beginning. It doesn't feel like quitting; I feel reinvigorated and ready to get back on track!

6 months postpartum and so happy to be able to do this 12 week challenge focused on strength. I lost basically all my strength during my 3 months recovery time, so getting back into strength training has felt soooo great!! Thank you!!! I’ve followed you faithfully since 2019, almost never missing a workout until this spring. A combination of life and workouts over an hour got the better of me. Workouts less than 45 minutes helps me with prioritizing my workouts within my overall goals. I appreciate the change to shorter workouts for 4.0. I also love that you show the weight you’re using, helps me with a starting point and I adjust from there. I appreciate that you’re willing to show these real time. Many thanks for adding the weight icon with the size caption. It allows me to focus on the next exercise rather than pausing to figure out if I should a 10lb or a 15 lb dumbbell.
Also, I appreciates you keeping in the sections where you need to switch to a lighter dumbbell or go to a low impact modification. It reminds me that we're all human and I'm not failing at the workout; sometimes it's just tough.

I absolutely loved this workout today. It is great having you do the workouts with us in real-time. Sometimes I feel disappointed in myself when I have to take a break during a set or drop down in weight but seeing you do it, made me realize that perfection is not the goal. So thank you for being real.

Just did my day 1. I can’t believe how fast the time went and the x2 felt like it was doable. So excited to discover your channel. This workout tells me you know exactly how the average person works out so you want them to feel the burn as time moves fast so it feels doable so that we come back feeling motivated.

I have been doing your workout challenges since 2020, and although I’ve experimented with other workout programs by other creators, I always come back to you! You’re truly an inspiration to me, and I can’t thank you enough for keeping me motivated and excited to always keep challenging myself! We love you, and I’m so very grateful that you chose to create the 4.0 series out of “selfish” reasons (as you phrased it in your intro), lol! Strength training is my favorite form of exercise, so I’m so excited about this challenge and relieved that we’re taking a slight break from all the HIIT training, which I used to dread 😬
