    Heather, I've never commented on your videos before, but I felt compelled to tell you that I love the new series. It's so helpful that you added the light/medium/heavy weight feature, and thank you for showing us your real moments. Seeing you pause, make a face, and keep going is so validating - it's often at the exact moment that I'm struggling, too! But it motivates me to not give up. You inspire me to stick with it. I've never done an entire series of your 12 week workout challenges, but since my goal is to improve my strength training, I'm going to do my best to complete all of the workouts in this series!

    About 2 years ago I had finished. The first 12 week program and feeling the most fit I've ever been. Fast forward due to a job four 10 hour shifts starting at 6am I have been feeling soft, unfit, unhealthy and gross. Starting 24 with a focus back on my fitness and loving the new program ❤

    I love 4.0 ..I began with 2 ,3 and 5 kilos 6 months ago training with Heather..now I realized I must take heavier weights...thank You Heather..Your programs are georgeous...I am 64...did 2.0. and 3.0 and calendar until now

    I did my second day!!! I am super happy because I think it is the first time in y live that I wake up early to make sport, normally I do during the day or whatever, but not the first thing in the day, and I really think that its the good way!!!! have a happy day!! and thanks for all!

    Whew! Loved today's workout! Especially appreciate the multiple views while you are lifting - gives me the chance to check and recheck my form. Also liked that the sets were back to back today so I could really practice doing it correctly. Love the slow and controlled movements this series is bringing too! That being said, I could never see another side bridge again and I would be just fine with that. 🤣

    Wow!! I am a day behind, so today I did day 2. As a mom of 2 little ones, I appreciate being able to do this exercise at home and they do it with me with their 1 pound weights 🥰

    This series was made for me! Loving that it is designed for progression and more weight focused. I row for cardio and am enjoying that this series focuses on strength.     Day one done! I started with this one as my UB is sore - will do day one arms tomorrow.
    This was a burner! Very humbling after a break from strength training. I used 10 lbs throughout and was challenged.

    Heather!!! You've done it again. I found you during Covid shut downs back in 2020 and you helped me lose 30 pounds. Fast forward to now, I am six months postpartum and this is exactly what I have been needing. THANK YOU for making such an easy guide (love the addition of light-heavy weight logo), TOUGH workouts, and for bringing fun back into my fitness regime. DAY 2 done and I am looking forward to the end of this program to see the progress I have made.

    That one flew by and with the focus on just strength it was tough but really enjoyable. When the workout first started I thought I had the wrong one because I'm so used to Heather being in the same outfit throughout the challenge!!

    Thank you Heather! I am loving this program so far! The dumbbell reference in the videos is super useful add. Just a small request: would it be possible to add an approximate weight reference in the description? Many of us follow you from the metric system and although it could be approx (say 2.5 KGS for 5 lbs) it gives an idea. Just for reference, I know each body is a whole world. Thank you in advance.     I used to lift 2 kgs ( each ) dumbells but today I challenge myself to lift 4 kgs ( each ). And I am really happy and feeling stronger than ever...💪🏻

    I’m turning this 12 weeks into 12 months! I do the first 4 weeks over every month for 3 months and i have to say after a few rounds I can truly feel and see my body getting stronger! Thank you Heather! ❤🎉

    I love everything about this 12 wk program so far. You get my body right every time. When I stop incorporating your workouts, like going to the gym, group fitness etc. the results are not the same. My older daughter started using your programs during the early start of the pandemic. I’ve been addicted since then! I agree with all the other comments about this one. Like what sets of dumbbells suggested to use. Ur great!

    couldn't join in January due to injury but now I'm starting again (very carefully!). I've tried so many other things but somehow for me these workouts really hit what I need. And I **adore** the teal green color of the title pages! Totally motivating for me! Thank you Heather

    Last week I finished HR3 and yesterday I started HR4 🎉 This is just unbelievable how much stronger I've become! I'm using heavier weights - I didn't even think that I'd be able to use. Moreover, I'm thinking of purchasing even heavier ones. 😅 Thank you so so much! I love your workouts and I love what they are doing to me! ❤

    Day 2 and I love it. I love weight training and something I have just realized is that the other training programs I have followed recently have not given me a great warm up and definitely now a proper cool down compared to this program so far. Absolutely love this.

    I was not prepared for the side bridges. Definitely an area I need to improve in strength. I’ll be doing those more often as finishers for glute and hamstring day.

    Could feel my triceps a few times today; made me smile 😅 I do my sessions 1st thing in the morning (at 5h30). Since I'm thight on time (can't spend more than 30min to workout), I stretch at night instead with this program. May not be ideal but it still feels so good to stretch before bedtime.

    Hi Heather. I love when you do single concentrated moves. So I am enjoying this series. I find with the compound moves there is more risk of doing them wrong or too fast, thus increasing the risk of injury. Thanks for this. Doing what I can.

    Wowww! I am thrilled so far by this programm and am aware, that strength workouts are more my thing now. Combinations of the moves are feeling incredibly perfect. I don't know if this is normal, but I've felt soreness in my arms from yesterday's workout, but not tired. Awesome session, Heather and thanks a milion!

    It's been far too long. I did the first 12 week challenge years ago and remembered feeling so amazing a couple weeks in. Love the structure of your workouts and the music. The beeps are so awesome bc I close my eyes at the end of each set bc i think I'm gonna die 😅 Cheers to Day 2 💪💜

    Day 2 is done with a lot fewer squats and lunges than I was expecting - woo hoo! My friend and I both felt the burn more in our stabilizing leg during the activation exercises. I couldn't get the form right for the Side Bridge Lift so I dropped all other parts and just did basic clamshells. Next time I'd grab my resistance band for that part. Looking forward to Day 3!
