    I am a 59-year-old male, and I do a Heather Robertson workout every day. Fierce 1.0 is my favorite workout series, but I enjoy Fierce 2.0, 12 week 2.0 and plenty of others. I like that when I am travelling I can always find a workout or stretch that doesn't require any equipment. Thank you Heather Robertson for improving my life! I am also impressed by how professionally produced the videos are. Without any verbal instructions, it is always clear how to perform the exercise. It is clever how the RUclips ads usually only appear during the break. I like the ads because they lengthen the break!

    Thanks for all your workouts. You've made a big difference in our well being and expanded our workout program. We love that your workouts are not filled with needless commentary.     Yay for new series! Please write the exercises in the description again…that was so awesome and helpful on the videos where u included the workout in the description….it helps us follow along, preview, choose weights, and include it in future routines. Thanks for the awesome workouts! 🤗

      @sunny salix hi there 👋🏻 Unless you’re referring to something else, the description does have a list of exercises when you click “more”. It also has time stamps and chapters along with the usual equipment information, etc.

    Good morning Heather- I’ve been following you since 2018 and it’s so impressive to watch how much you’ve grown on “You Tube” to help people. I complete your workouts 4-5 days a week while telling anyone I can about your programs. Thank you for taking all the time and creating strong effective workouts.     I love that all your videos have the ad breaks during the rest breaks. Very smart and non-disruptive to the workout. I mostly let them play all the way through so I can get a little longer break 😉

    Halfway through circuit 2 I wasn't sure whether I wanted to cry, because my arms were about to fall off, or laugh, because of Heather's genius. Thanks so much once again for this incredible workout Heather! Even though I've been working out with you for 2 years, this one really slayed me!

      Hi Emily! What weights did you use? Is this lesson for men also? I am a guy and did this but it was brutal! I could only manage with 1 lb (half kg) dumbbells but could not even finish the 2nd round in circuit 1 as my arms just gave up and I completely stopped at about the 11 min mark in the video! 😟 I wish I could be strong and muscular as all the women here!

    I am loving this series! I've been doing your workouts pretty religiously for the past 3 years and I think this series might be one of my favourites. I just finished day 7 and I'm feeling stronger already (and sore, don't forget sore!) Thank you for kicking our butts!

    This series came out right when I was 8 weeks post birth and cleared for exercise again and it was perfect. I definitely took longer than 14 days to complete all the workouts, but the changes in just that time were significant. My core felt the weakest and most foreign after pregnancy (naturally), but by the end of the 14 workouts I feel so much more myself - planks and other core exercises are do-able again. Also LOVE the efficiency of these videos. 30-45 minutes of work; not 30-45 minutes with half of it being the instructor talking incessantly and unnecessarily. And they are challenging! 10/10. Started the 12 week program today!

    Wow Heather, That was fantastic. You never disappoint. 40 min went so fast. It was at my level and every part of my arms are really worked on. I am so looking forward to the rest of the program. I can see myself adding on the 10 min cardio or tabata that you did in the 10 min series. Just awesome. Thank you again.

    You managed to choose all the tracks from your workouts that I LOVE! How did you know!???!! Loved this and I am looking forward to ramping up my workouts as I have not been doing as much as I used to lately and I can definetely see the results (not good!) but luckily you exist and came up with Fierce!!!! so I'm here to kick my own butt and hopefully get back into it! thank you Heather! xxxx

    Oh my gosh. Just took a week off after doing the 60 day 2.0 twice in a row. This was hard to come back to! HR, you have made my body so much healthier by adding strength training and breaking my running habit for the better. I notice such a big difference in shoulder health, stamina and some of my tightest muscle groups are looser because of the addition of lateral moves. I'd never do this on my own. Thank you!

    This fierce program is just i need before Christmas.
    I have been doing your guided workouts for about an year now and the transformation is immense. I like that there's no talking during your workouts. The warm up and cool down are always appreciated. This is better than going to the gym. At least for me. Am a huge fan from Lamu, Kenya

    I love these workouts! No talking and great music. I really like that you give us time to transition between moves, that really helps. I also like the slow, steady moves; I really feel the burn!

    I am looking forward to this since building muscle is my #1 training goal! I love strength based workouts and your video formats. I have been following this channel since the start of the pandemic when gyms were closed and it truly has helped me achieve my goals. I will definitely follow this series.     I'm starting the Fierce program today after having done another workout of the program. So P E R F E C T !
    Thank you for placing the dumbbells in the good order so we can clearly see which weight to choose (PLEASE do it always this way).
    I like the creative moves that definitely kill the targeted muscle after 3 rounds.

    This is the best arm workout ever. It’s a combination of strength and cardio. I always work up a great sweat, as well as, feel the burn in my arms. This workout is now in my weekly rotation. As always thanks for the great workout combinations.

    This workout oh my gosh. This kicked my butt so good. I literally could not lift my arms to wash my hair after this workout. This must be what total muscle failure feels like....and I love it.

    I’ve tried different exercise programs and so far your workout routines are the best they don’t make my knees hurt all the others I’ve tried make me feel so much pain on them to the point that I had to wear a knee brace I guess I have whats call biker knee or something like that… thank you so much for keep posting this videos you are amazing ❤️

    This is hard, like good kind of hard. Like you'll be sore 2 days after kind of hard. When you're in the middle and wondering how are going to make it but you do. And then you realize you're way stronger than you thought. Right now this one is my personal favourite for upper body from you Heather. Thank you for doing this that you do, I really appreciate it!

    That is one of the best upper workouts I've found on any platform including paid for apps. Advice for anyone looking to do, go light on the weights, I didn't and soon regretted it. Thanks for this content Heather, its brilliant 👏
