After finishing the 12Week 2.0, decided to go and re-do the fierce 14. I looked back to when I did it back in December on my heart rate monitor, and pleased to say that same workout, 3 months later, I'm doing heavier weights and heart rate is lower. Proof I've gotten stronger. Thank you

Since the pandemic lockdown, I have completed Program I twice, Program 2 once, and have done many other workouts provided by you for free! I have lost inches, gained confidence--and now I am enjoying these targeted Fierce workouts. Heather makes life better!
I really appreciate how you group the exercises by how much weight you hold- my weights require me to unscrew and add/subtract 5 lb disks, so it's super convenient when I don't have to do that between each exercise!
Gonna second this! I have powerblocks that require removing/adding slugs so they aren't as quick to swap out as just grabbing the next set of dumbbells.
Heather I can't tell you how grateful I am. I used to see a trainer who was incredible but with COVID I had to stop seeing her. You saved me, I have put many of my friends on to your programs and they thank me everyday. You are professional and your workouts are legitimate. Also to see the community you have built is amazing! Thanks Heather. I have been struggling with SI joint issues after a roller skating injury 4 years ago. Everything flares the joint and I used to be so active. I find that many of your workouts work for me with jumping modifications. Finally feel like I can get through workouts again.
I did your 12 week program, followed by a 6 week Caroline Girvan program. Now I am doing this program and WOW my cardio has suffered. I know CG does cardio outside of her workouts. I don't really... glad to be back! I will definitely alternate between both of your channels. Both have so much to offer. I have lost about 75 pounds in the past year and a half with yours and CG's workouts plus eating mostly whole foods. Thank you so much for all the work that goes into your programs. I am panting and sweating drips.

I stopped 2.0 to do Fierce. I enjoy using heavier weights and that you are doing the workout "with" me. Of course, I know you are not doing the workout with me but filming the entire workout, shaking out your arms, and looking like you are feeling what I'm feeling motivates me. After 18 months of consistently following HR, I finished my second round of Fierce 2.0 two days ago, took a day off, and started Fierce 1.0 today. Can't wait for tomorrow morning and this awesome sounding leg-killer!! Arms/shoulders feel awesome. Legs will follow tomorrow!!

Yes, Heather this was super. At 56 now almost 57, I like to still be challenged. This workout really showed me I can keep going with strength and mobility. Your routines really focus on it all. Yes, this might just be a leg day, but it is also an ab day, a balance day and an endurance day. Thank you so much, Love you
I’ve recently turned 60. Today was brutal. I had to abandon the weights sometimes within the last 1/3 of the workout. With a lot of pausing along the way. But totally invigorating. Yesterday I did the first Fierce workout (upper body). LOVED IT! Had to run sports balm on my biceps before bedtime. Lol 😂 Stay safe Heather…. We love you
Amazing! I did this one when you first released it and just came back to it today when I was looking for a lower body strength workout. I didn't remember how TOUGH it was - but so good! I was sweating buckets by the end. Thank you!
Made it to day 2! Had to take a rest day - rehabbing my back (slipped disk) so I did this w/o weights and focusing on holding my core during all those lunges!! WORTH IT. Proud of myself for completing the full workout tbh. THANK YOU HEATHER!!
So good. I had to pause to catch my breath. I tried using heavier weights to push myself. I love the heavy weight with the little bursts in the middle.

Loved today's calendar workout. I have never been consistent at working out my whole life until now. On a streak since I began w you in Feb. 2022 and I'm so thankful. I've lost over 30lbs and have been maintaining. The variety of workouts check all the boxes. My legs are feeling like jello but it's great! Thanks for keeping me healthy and coming for more. 😊

day 2 is done! my lower body definitely isn't as strong or mobile as i would like it to be and my cardio sucks on top of it but i managed to do most of these exercises. i'm dripping sweat and my glutes and booty got a nice pump.

I honestly had to stop at the last set of three diff workouts because I was feelin it too bad 😅 Also had to modify few moves because I felt like I am not physically cabable to do some that was in this workout. I don`t know how to lift my booty while other leg in the air so i just did two sets with both legs because it was easier but deff not less worthier. Even tho it wasnt complite success on my behalf I`m still feeling it, loving it and extremely proud of myself! Everyone remember: Doing something is better than nothing and it will get better after practise ❤️ Thanks Heather for the awesome workout again! 🔥 Love all the way from Finland.
