    This seems to be the perfect work out after the last four days. And since we are in the holiday season, these daily challenges seem like a gift that keeps coming. Each morning i eagerly come to the site and see what is in store for me today. This "active recovery" is seriously delicious ... especially after four days of fierce workout. The "mobility" part is brilliant. Heather - I so appreciate your expertise in constructing accessible yet effective workout routines, all absolutely free. What a god-send. Among my friends doing virtual exercises together, we affectionally call you HR, as in "let's start with HR tomorrow."

    July ‘22 - Fierce has been great! Heather, thank you for being soft-spoken and professional. Having had knee and wrist surgeries, I gotta take care but overall complete each session, making changes when I need to which means no jumping, burpees, harder push-ups, etc…even so, improvising works.

    I did an upper body workout with weights yesterday and woke up so sore. This made me feel so much better, will definitely do this again! 🧘‍♀

    This is my go to “reset” after a week of working out. I look forward to it and I know I can push a little harder on my workout days knowing a good rest and stretch is right around the corner!

    I come back to this routine again and again. It's thorough and I love how Heather instructs us throughout and reminds us to keep our hips square, etc, to make sure we're performing each stretch well.

    I just did that one after a 2-week hiking holiday, because I wanted to give my body some rest and treats before I start again with strength and cardio workouts next week. And that was soooo urgently needed. At the beginning I felt stiff like a pencil, but now after the workout I'm feeling great again! No more stiffness and I'm totally relaxed! Love all your workouts, there is always one (or more than one!!!) for every situation. Thank you sooo much, Heather!

    Wow Heather, this is a GREAT recovery video! Thank you so much for putting this together with all of these wonderful and much needed different stretches. Your vocal cues are very helpful since most of the time we are in poses that don’t have us looking at the screen. With those we are able to just follow along with your very calm and peaceful direction. Thank you!

    Amazing, that's exactly what my body needed... I don't stretch enough and I know that it's very important for our muscles. And after a work day, it's even more relaxing.     I've been loving this series (I'm doing it for the second time now) and somehow I think it's even better the second time around. This full body stretch/mobility session was amazing. It was exactly what I needed after the first 4 days of tough strength workouts! Thank you for these incredible programs!!

    I am a few days behind on this program but WOW I am absolutely LOVING it Heather!!! You are so kind to put this together for us to better our health, get leaner & stronger💪. I know there are other amazing workout RUclipsrs out there but I just can't workout to another channel, lol there's just something that always brings me back to HR. LOVE IT, THANK YOU HEATHER!!!😘

      I also appreciate the earlier posting. I'm 12 hours earlier than East Coast time and if I have work meetings on Monday, sometimes I want to do the Monday workout on Sunday... Thanks

    I would so love to see more of these active/dynamic stretching workouts. Some of the movements do feel a bit rushed, but I love LOVE these for recovery day!!

    This is my 4th time through fierce 14, and I can finally do active recovery! I usually skip this video because I’m so exhausted I just sleep these days, but it’s cool to see my progress and I actually had a lot of fun!

    Loved this. I've been doing your 12 week series, and after a pretty intense workout week, I found this one for a perfect recovery day. I've been doing your online programs for a couple of years now, and never commented. So I just wanted to thank you for providing such excellent classes.
    I'm in my late forties and in menopause, and it's the first time in my life when I really wanted to focus on strength building. Yoga and running has been my thing for years, but I have always neglected strength building, even though it's something I admire in others, and have now fallen in love with myself. My body needs it, and I'm sure it was intuitively telling me for a long time - get to it! So thanks again for providing these classes. I so appreciate that you provide proper warm ups and cool downs, and that the classes cover all muscle groups. Also, thank you for the modifications! My knees aren't always feeling the best, so it's a big help having those. I'm learning to do them without someone having to tell me, but sometimes...often we need the reminder! Cheers.

    Hi Heather I just completed this workout. I was amazed when you were laying on the mat with your legs straight in the air and having them go down to the floor over your head. There is absolutely no way I can do that I feel really bad about it. But it was a great workout it felt good to stretch. It is amazing that you are able to do that move.
