  • Today's the final day of my 7 day home workout challenge and we are going to slow things down a bit today Aaaaaah. Our focus today is mobility, balance and flexibility. I'll be guiding you through this full body stretch and recovery routine that includes some yoga inspired movements and stretches to help relieve those sore muscles. What a week it's been!

    I can never find the words to fully tell you how much you have changed my life. Coming out of a serious illness that had affected my mobility , God guided me through your path. Now I cannot believe that among your weekly postings, I completed your 12 weeks and 7 days workout! I can only give all the glory to God for your generosity and grace.     I am officially smoking H.O.T. since starting your workouts in late April. I am 54 yrs. old and haven't looked this good since... I was another person in another lifetime. I can now proudly keep up with you on the low impact Hiit workouts most of the muscle building stuff. I feel amazing and I love you. Thank you so, so much.

    Thank you, Heather! Today's No Repeat workout was a great warm up for 3.5 hours of Tennis drill. This recovery and stretch session would be really useful tomorrow. This 7-day challenge is one of the best out there. You rock, Heather!🥰

    I have followed your 7-day challenge one day later, and I must say that it was one of the best challenges I have taken part of! Your routines and video structure are so easy to follow that I looked forward to every single workout. (Usually I find it very difficult to stick to something like I have done here).     This came at the perfect time. We’ve been walking 5 miles everyday and the last few days were lots of hills and my legs and hips are so sore. I needed a good stretch. Thank you.

    Thank you Heather! Loved the 7 day challenge so much (and no equipment is needed which makes this workout great for anybody). While the 12 week challenge looks great too, I might just repeat the 7 day challenge again as i find it challenging enough and it’s easier to stick to. please continue to post these fab workouts!!

    Love your workouts, especially the 2nd half of the 12 week workouts. This 7 day challenge was great also but not as challenging as the end of the 12 week so I felt I took a step back. However, I’ve learned how to add weights to make it more challenge when I can. I love today’s stretch and being able to hear you guide and instruct what we should be doing.

    So glad to find your workout routines! I've tried others but yours is simple and effective. Your voice is soothing and inspiring at the same time. And when you're not talking, the music is inviting to hear. I've been watching and completing your sweat seshes for the past 3 weeks and always end with this Full Body Stretch+ Recovery as I see this routine a rewarding dessert! Funny how you snuck in the push ups in this recovery routine. I got a chuckle out of it. :) Keep it up Heather!

    Completed this full body stretch and recovery . It did my body well, as I have been doing 2 workouts a day, one in the morning and a melody of workout in the evening. I skipped this mornings and replaced it with your recovery and stretch as my body needed a nice mellow stretch and time to recover from all the workouts this week . I feel amazing. Now on to the rest of my day, the woodworking phase of the day. Thank you!

    Love that you have a day dedicated to stretching! I think what can help you differentiate from others is if you include - strength, cardio, agility and flexibility (stretching) in your videos. Either each of these in separate videos or combine 2-3 in one video. 🤗

    7 day workout challenge completed by me:) thank you so much Heather! Each one of the workouts very effective, I felt the particular muscle groups in the same day's evening. Booty burnout: the right side my brain was fighting , but when i got to the left side , all of my body accepted the burn so the left side part seemed to be done sooner. Thank you a lot for this 7 day challenge💖

    Just finished this 7 day challenge and it was "HARD"!!! I really did enjoy every painful moment of this challenge. I'm starting the two week challenge tomorrow then on to the 12 week challenge. I have been doing the various workouts since July and I've seen my body change for the better.

      @@radhika4595 - YESSSSSS!!! All of her workouts helped me a lot after I gone through several surgeries. Her 7 day challenges really work me hard and I'm breathing heavy through the whole workout. She's not about self-promotion. She's about promoting the exercise routines. Doing her workout alone is not enough. I changed my diet and I also run 4 days a week. Gluck & hope this helps! 😊
