    I'm usually struggling with longer workout but today I have a lot of energy and fun, so I even wasn't checking when will be end of the video and I was surprised when cool down came, thanxx^^

    Really intense with the combo moves and yes I'll be giving it a go of 2 rounds next week. The dark background on the timer is a brilliant touch as it was quite difficult to see how much pain was left. Thank you

    Hello !!! It's been a long I don't exercise with you due to a health issue I face. It's fibromyalgia. Lately I'm slowly recovering and I'm so happy to exercise with you again! Even if I start from zero and do basic exercises without weights i'm so motivated even checking your video to creat my playlist. After 6 months I've missed you so much!     Another great workout! Thanks Heather! I started your workouts during the quarantine and I can tell the difference in muscle tone. I've always been a runner but have been wanting to tone more. I recieved many compliments recently and have even increased my 10k pace. Looking forward to the next workout!

      @@natalielen3129 Hallo, sie gibt Pfund an. Im Internet kannst du es umrechnen lassen. Die Kurzhanteln sind jeweils ca 2kg und die große ca 12 kg. Lg Jenni

    Your workouts are amazing! Ive recently fractured my ankle but i really want to keep up some sort of exercise, so ive been doing your upper body workouts on a chair which have kept me going! Would be cool if you could show us more exercises when recovering from a foot injury? Love your videos! ❤

    Thanks Heather! I have recently followed ur workouts and subscribed to ur channel. Truly a blessing to have discovered u. Recently began my weight loss journey since mid Feb this year and started doing ur workouts while in a fasted state. Love how u just get straight into the workout with minimal talking and just about getting the work done. Such a joy to be following u cos u have such a calm demeanour. Thank u for all ur videos! I keep recommending u to pple who ask for great youtube fitness workouts cos u deserve all the love. I am proud to say that i went from 84kg in mid Feb to 65kg presently (Heather’s workout + intermittent fasting) and have never felt so positive abt myself. Developed muscles that i never thought was possible (not a gym person cos i cant afford the fees+ afraid if i couldnt commit to the gym) and after having 3 kids, my stomach esp is more taut now.. thank u so much!!
