Ok after trying all the hiit workout videos for one year, this is the BEST!! it’s a full body(core & upper body, lower body) workout and I felt burning most of my body parts after doing this. Love love love! Will recommend to my friends!!!
A perfect morning workout including a warmup, strength, cardio and a cooldown - this became my favorite! Thank you Heather for a total circuit, especially for no repeats! :)
These workouts are amazing! I use one most days of the week before I go to work. I love 20-30 mins with weights when I am home and the ones without for when I'm on holiday with no access to weights xx

This is one that didn't feel extremely difficult DURING the workout, but I started feeling the effects immediately after. I'm pretty sore the next day, and I love it! Love your no repeats, keep them coming!

No chatter. just movements! Last few seconds timer is great. Up Next footage helpful. Gets u ready/into the circuit. Most circuits, found myself not looking at the screen until 3 seconds countdown started.Helps the focus. This was a good mix. Cardio blast in the 2nd half slayed me. GREAT workout for relieving stress!
Great workout especially for a Monday when I didn't workout all weekend. Starts off slow and easy then gets really challenging. By that time, I am pumped up! Thanks!
Loved this workout, just the perfect workout for my fitness level,, challenging aerobically, but including weights. I'm one of those people who rarely sweat, even when I work hard, but this combination has me dripping.
