I've had to reset my eating habits and vitamin regimen with IF(16 hr fasts) and Keto first. Then I was working on my water intake. Lastly I figured it's about time to GET MOVING!!! Your video is SO CHILL and my average heart rate was 142bpm for the full length of this video!!!!! I had to improvise the plant and the squat, but I did something verrry comparable :-) Thank you SO MUCH
I did your 12 week workout then your 7-day challenge & now follow your monthly workouts.....but I dread tabata days so replace with your kettlebell exercises 😅. I honestly can’t believe how kind & generous you are - you Rock xx

Hello Heather from one Canadian girl to another....just started doing your workouts about a month ago. I think that your workouts are very easy to follow. I am 51 and wanted to say also asthmatic diagnosed very recent but these help me to keep my lungs in shape and are not over exertive. Please keep making more! I didn't use a kettle bell but used my regular weights, what weight size do you use the most.??

Don’t have kettlebell and used dumbbells instead, worked just as well. Another great workout and really appreciate no jumping. Thank you Heather
