I love this workout and in general every workout from you! Unfortunately I won’t be able to do as many workouts that involve jumping since I live now with roommates and the walls are very thin 😢 I would love to see more no jumping workouts with weights or without, I like all the ones you posted and appreciate your videos a lot since they help me for over a year to become and stay healthier, thank you!💛
Oh my God. Advanced exerciser here and holy CRAP, this was tough! I sweat sooo much. I loved that there were no repeats so thank you so much for that. I hate repetition. This was such an amazing workout, especially in 30 minutes. I will definitely be doing more of your workouts!!
