    Thank you for these amazing workouts! My dr said i had to do 30min exercise a day to recover from burnout and too much sitting at my desk. I found your workouts and when i started i could barely do any of it. Now im so much stronger and i do (almost) the whole workout- all thanks to your excellent videos.       I tried my best, but the bunny hops and heel tap jumps totally killed me! I had to skip some of the reps. Loads of sweat, you are amazing!!!

    I can't count how many times I did this workout Anna! Its perfect for when I just want to move and I'm short on time! I just adjust my weights depending on how hard I want to go and the format 40, 30, 20 is very appealing! 😊

    I really liked the mobility exercises in this one! The kick through and around the world squats were fun. It felt good to use more of body's range of motion

    I love this workout and in general every workout from you! Unfortunately I won’t be able to do as many workouts that involve jumping since I live now with roommates and the walls are very thin 😢 I would love to see more no jumping workouts with weights or without, I like all the ones you posted and appreciate your videos a lot since they help me for over a year to become and stay healthier, thank you!💛
