@@saharjemal557 for me I’m using 10 lbs each but the girls in the video maybe is 6 each but use what’s best for u, I would say if ur new use 5 lbs each to get a feel of it then start practicing using heavy weights before u do these workouts because they can be dangerous if your not able to, I just started my workout era and I start by running at 1 mile at 4.5 speed on the treadmill after I do an arm slim workout by this Asian girl I forgot but if u search it up you light see her sitting on the couch and then I ended the workout with a HIIT workout cardio and weights ate the most important part if u want to lose weight also don’t check the scale since it will make u wxpect to see results quixker
@@saharjemal557 balance it off as well as staying away from sweets and sugar as well as beefy foods stay away from red meats, you should try to eat chicken I balance it off by eating chicken salad it’s filling and tasty, then and key…. DRINK LOTS OF WATER AND STAY ACTIVE EVEN WHEN YOUR MOT WORKING OUT

I'm in my sixties and these are the best videos I have found for my workout sessions. Although I do have to improvise a few here and there, I am very pleased!

@medtra I just turned 59 and I agree! Great routines! I improvise some as well… I’m careful about too much hardcore jumping and not able to do reps which put pressure near my eyes (I have Retinopathy and pressure near the retina is a risk for my eyesight). But I love Anna’s workouts.
Could only reach 16:28 with doing some 15 min cardio and pushups. Hope I can get stronger and complete the full workout next time. Thank you for your amazing work ❤

The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.
The last few exercises were a little bit tough so I almost gave up then I reminded myself I can do it! For myself and Anna ❤ Thank you for always pushing me to do a little bit more.

What kind of workouts did you do and how often?
@@playenergy3447 I used to HIIT workouts with few other specifically targeted workouts like abs or thighs or glutes etc you get my point.. and I did it for almost 5 days a week with 1 day for normal walking and 1 day rest.. I hope it helps😭
