Hi Anna I congratulate you on the success of the application. but I can't watch the videos of the application on television, and then why is it only 3 days of challenges per week?
This ended up being exactly what I wanted. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 I get the flexibility of multiple dumbbells without taking up the space of a whole set. I have a very small spare room that these and a bench fit perfectly into. Like others mentioned the size of these are a little bigger/longer than traditional weights so they aren’t the perfect solution for everyone. However, if you're looking for a flexible and space saving design for a home workout I’d recommend these.
I love all your Tabata workouts but this one was *chef's kiss* 🤩 it felt like it was divided into portions (floorwork, cardio, legs) which was GREAT 😍 does anyone else always underestimate thrusters? 😂
This is such a great workout. Short and challenging especially with all those burpees! Really love the music selection with the Tabatha soundover. Don't know why I find it so motivating

It's crazy, but since doing your hiit workouts with weights, my running time has improved as well. And I love the cool down. It's so relaxing after the intensive workout. Thank you!

Just a little correction at 10:02 low plank climbers, don't arch your back or else the ab muscles will not really activate and work, stay and feel the burn , yes beginners may arch a bit up but it's not really a correct way, Im sorry if this was rude, I really respect you coach!
