The rock music was soooo motivating! And the pushup challenge at the end with this specific music made me feel like I was in a movie, training for my next boxing competition hahaha loved it!
This was so intense and I really wanted to quit, but I told myself "even I can do just a little bit of each round, it's better than nothing", and I did! Yeah to all of you who stuck with it...and thanks Anna for bringing it! ❤🙏💪
OMG. This IS definitely my new favorite workout OF. ALL. TIME. It's amazing how much music can make you smile and cause you to get through all of the exercises without stopping. TABATA IS SO FREAKING FUN. I burned over 240 calories - no afterburn.
Sally Up Sally Down is perhaps the scariest and best song thanks to you Anna. As soon as I hear it, I'm mentally preparing myself to say "you can do it" and I did. Awesome work Anna, another worldie work-out. You're a gem. Thank you again.
This is the holy grail of workouts ! did it today 2nd time in a row. I might even do the same workout the whole of next week ! It targets every section of the body. Pushes you to your absolute best. Still working on holding the pushups in the end but I think I am getting better at it. Anna I cannot thank you enough! You are a warrior !
I just did that workout and WOW!!!!! it's already one of my favourites. Great exercises, great music, great sweat, great fun. And there's no excuse to give up. It's just: come on old girl, it's just 20 sec, you can do that! And it works. So please, do more of this 30 min (or more) tabata style! Thank you soooo much for your great work!!

Yes! I noticed results in just a few days with Anna's videos. And I feel stronger every day. My before and after pictures are crazy! Make sure you take some of your own
I've been working out to her videos for about 5-6 months now. My results arnt typical because I didn't want to necessarily loose weight I wanted to be toned and feel stronger. So my stamina and my confidence in myself has sky 🚀. I use to weigh 130 lb and now I weigh 127lb but with more muscle 💪.

LOVE the Tabata format for 30 mins! I allllmost wish there was a 30 sec break in between each new tabata set instead of 10, but I did it! And gave myself some breaks if needed. Love the AC/DC songs thrown in there. More rock please!! :)
It was 10PM when I saw the notification about this new TABATA workout (which is my favourite type of workout atm) and because I don't have time for a workout tomorrow I pushed myself to do it now. Crazy, yes! But also one workout stronger than before, absolute killer! Thank you xx

i've just finished it. without weights as i don't have any at my place right now. yet it feels like a complete workout. can't wait for similar workouts in the future as well, and by then, i get my weights too!
I just bought two 20lbs dumbbells yesterday! I got through the workout twice, but the weighted parts in the second round were tough. 55lbs kettlebell for the swings. Thank you, I would not have done this on my own. I know it's tough to come up with new workouts and lead a class, that's why I am so grateful.
