I am 47 seven years old, and not a particularly active person with some joint issues, but this perfectly built workout is absolutely doable, what's more enjoyable, despite the fact that it definitely makes you sweat. The countdowns are a big plus, and my hip joints are soo grateful for the cooldown exercises. Thanks, Anna!

I have an autoimmune disease that affects my joints, ligaments and tendons amongst other things. Last year I started on my own healthy body journey. Since the first of January 2021 I have lost 27 kilos and I am feeling better. I found your videos in about November last year and I have been doing them. I started with yoga (which I still do, I found it so helpful with my flexibility and movement), then I moved up to Pilates but I felt I needed something more, then I found your videos and I am just going through them at my own pace. So I’m really happy with my results today. Thanks for the videos, I can’t wait for the day I am actually able to complete one. I’ll get there☺️

Absolutely loved this workout! I've never done a TABATA style workout before so this was interesting yet challenging with so many different types of exercises cramped into 25 minutes with virtually no breaks! Super sweaty but great way to start the weekend. Thanks Anna!

OMG I do your workouts all the time I don't have swim training for HOURS! I'm ripped because of you! I love your workouts so much! You have no idea how useful they are to keep you in shape not only as someone who wants to stay fit, but also for someone who majors in a sport that they are really good at. For me, that's swimming.
