    omg!! i love her workouts so much. they always get me sweating but not super uncomfortable and winded, and the cool down afterwards is perfection. i’ve been working out for almost four weeks now and i’m definitely seeing some results. i’ve been eating healthier as well, and really tuning in to what makes me feel good. i’ve never felt better, more grateful and at peace and YES I STILL HAVE POINTS OF WEAKNESS because nobody is perfect, but i’m doing better. thank you anna!!

    girl i have done every single one of your exercises at least twice, if not more, and this one is by far my favorite. and im usually a no equipment HIIT girly only!! gone back to this one 3 times already and it just came out!! i feel unstoppable!!!!

    OMG, I did it :). I am a beginner and some exercises I need to do diffrently. But I loved it. I thought half through that I am done, but I pushed through. Also because of the motivating line at the beginning. I liked that. Thank you for this workout.

    Oh my gosh, this looks perfect! I always love to begin my workout routine with a 20/25min full body HIIT workout by you. And lately I’ve wanted to start adding weights, so this is just perfect! Thank you so much Anna, you are my favourite fitness influencer, and your workouts are fire!

    Hi, I am really a big fan of your workouts and use them almost daily, BUT honestly, 3 mid roll Ads in-between a single session is just too much and really annoying. I understand the need to earn money but please think about reducing this to an acceptable level. Would be just great. Thank you

      Thank you for saying something. I came here to say this exact same thing. I didn't even bother finishing the workout. It's unfortunate because I really did enjoy these workouts, but now I'm going to have to find something else. I don't want to stop three times in the middle of a 25-minute workout because of advertisements

      Yes! The advertisements are bit absurd as they come mid- exercise between the 40sec. I do Chloe ting also. Atleast her advertisement come when she gives a break. But ad during 40 sec does not make any sense. Very disappointed. I might have to stick to Chloe Ting.

      Completely agree, this is my favourite workout of hers and it never used to have ads. Now I just exit the video and re-enter multiple times to skip the ad out of spite. There must be a middle ground with maybe an ad at the beginning and one during cooldown?

    To say that was amazing somehow doesn't seem enough to do it justice. I managed to use 10kg dumbbells until about 85% of the way and then had to drop back to 5kg's. Superb thanks Anna 🙂
