    I just now stumbled across your channel!🤩 I wanna say thank you for making me feel so much better. I haven't worked out in over a year. Depression is no joke, the lost of my father exactly a year ago has been the hardest phase of my life. It's scary feeling powerless with no motivation. During last year I've dealt with dropping out of nursing school, my mother's cancer and my father passing away. Everything lead me to gaining over 60lbs. Going from 137 to 201 without even realizing how i was digging myself deeper. Now, I'm not gonna promise myself losing a certain amount of pounds in a giving period of time, but i am gonna promise myself to be healthier, to feel better, take it day by day and do your workouts as much as I can. Anyone reading this remember to not be too hard on yourself and keep going. Writing this was a bit of self therapy!

      Thank you for your insightful reminder.
      I too have been depressed and getting slack with working out. I worked hard for years to get & maintain my strength and fitness but its rapidly deteriorating causing more stress and depression.
      I'm a all or nothing kinda person & if it seems like it's too easy I won't do it I'll find something harder.
      Problem is I can't be assed doing it so I do nothing. Now I have to do shorter because fitness & strength is not what it once was. Something is always better than nothing. I need to remember that I'm lucky to be able to do exercises period. If I was incapacitated I'd go insane.
      My reply wasn't just to blep on with insignificant chatter. I wanted to say I hope you are still looking after yourself & life has you in a better place at the time of this message 😊

    Reminder to myself: Even if I've extended this workout for more than 30 minutes, I still stood strong to complete it and that's what matters the most. I'll eventually have a better pace. Patience

      I do the same thing... sometimes you need a few extra minutes longer to catch your breath - don't want to injure yourself after all.

      I pause the time constantly in every workout. Means nothing negative in my mind. I’ve seen huge positive changes in my body. Be proud you did it even with breaks!

    This was incredible! I am 52 and had to take modifications on some of the exercises but this is great, and just what I needed today-something short yet very effective. I love the extremely short transitions between workouts as you keep your heart rate up until the very end. Thanks!

    I tell you what, your workouts are NO JOKE. I follow both men and women for some great workouts, but yours are tops in my opinion. I don't think I've been able to finish a complete workout without taking a break or two in between. You're awesome!

    Wow....what a dripping sweaty workout. I definitely improved since last. I pushed myself to do the last squat swings with 10lbs...and I did it. For the others I used mostly 15lbs and some 20lbs. I still want to get through the squat pulses without stopping

    Wow I didn't excepted to sweat that much omg. I used 8kg dumbells and sometimes get a little lighter for some moves like the weighted march. Thank you so so so much Anna to create such killer workout like this one.

    Oh wow! As a person who has stuck to solely bodyweight workouts for the last year+ (Pilates, yoga, jogging, walking), this workout was SO CHALLENGING and made me so sweaty!     I'm 58 male. Been doing your workouts for a year and compared to eg Girvan the format of no chit chat works for me. Lost over a stone and look like Daniel Craig (according to 'er indoors). Best RUclips trainer by far!

    I alternated between 15/20 db sets. I loved this strength session. Even though it was no repeat I felt like it targeted all the muscles evenly and it was a great workout! Active cal 250.

    This workout was a 🔥 Anna!
    It was 9:30 pm and my daughter and I decided to do it 🤭since we didn’t have time during the day. Wow! You are unstoppable Anna😍Today it is our rest day😌We are excited for the April workout girl🎊💕

    It's a Monday morning (after a "fun" weekend)... After this workout... I'm not feeling sluggish any more. Super sweaty, yes. Ahhhh!- Feels so (& not so) good. BUT I love it! Give me more... Thanks for the workouts. Cheers, Val
