      Yessss! I have issues since having children and it s spares my pelvic floor! Love your workouts with jumping to but i sometimes modified. Thank you for you re workouts😊😊😊

      Yes because I am much older than you and my knees are getting weak and fragile so I love the low impact

    Yes, I personally like the “no jumping”, so we can pay more attention to the movement. But I like to vary the workouts during the week, jumping is fun (twice a week max so I don't overtrain) and I love all your workouts ❤️

    This is one of my very favorite workouts you’ve ever done. Got a killer sweat on and hit all the major muscle groups. Would love to see more upper body exercises included like delt raises and Arnold presses… thank you so much for this workout!

    I read the comments prior to exercise and thought "hm, people say it's difficult, but it doesn't look that bad'... Boy, they were all right :D The 10 second break are barely enough for me to switch positions, yet alone catch a breath. This one killed me :D

    I haven't done many of your workouts, but wanted to try this one. It appealed to me, being only 30 min, full body, and no jumping. I used to lift heavy, but am recovering from SI dysfunction. Thank you for offering so many options on your channel.♥️

    I've been sick the last 10 days and had to let my body rest. This was a nice one to ease myself back into the morning routine, no jumping, and lighter weights. Thanks Anna!

    Is it just me, my 67 year old self, who found this workout amazingly hard. These are the best workouts! Thank you for keeping us all in super great shape. BTW, my weights were 20 and 15 lbs, but at the end had one or two with 10 pounders.🥵 🤩

      I am about to do this but I did one yesterday and thought I was dying. I'm just grateful they are 30 mins only. Not sure I could manage any longer.

    thus was a tough one. would have like more rest in between sets to get a drink of water and out my weight down. but overall, great push, quality music, nice flow

    I love the no jumping exercises, as i am 50yrs old this year ,and going through the menopause, which can and has effect my joints. So i am doing more of the none jumping and still feel good after finishing. I am also doing more strength ones to improve my bones.

    There is absolutely no better way to start off the weekend than waking up to an amazing full body dumbbell workout with you Anna!!! I looooove your workouts with dumbbells and am very grateful there is no jumping in this one!!! I do prefer low impact alltogether and since the tempritures are rising it is just perfect!!! Everything you do is perfect!!! Thank you so much!!!

      You can always add jumps for instance in purpees to jump back, in lunges alternating legs with jumps but using light weights to avoid future knee joint problems

    wow i loved this workout. isolated controlled slow movements. even the compound movements are simple enough to be effective without inducing potential injury or strain. thanks for adding a significant amount of upper body/arms focus. please add more chest, calves and hamstrings^^

    Absolutely love this! Couldn't do many lunges as my knees aren't the best but I killed my muscles! My legs and arms were shaking! Thank you for this workout!!!

    Great combination workout. Really enjoyed it.
    Yes I like low impact no jumping to mix in. I'm 56 spent 24 years in the army my knees don't like to much jumping. Listening to my body is important.

    I’m 92 kilograms and I could do the entire workout. It gave me a good sweat and after 18:23 I started losing strength but I pushed through and managed to finish it.

    I love combined, Tabata with jumps is shorter so no problem, but I love not jumps because we work a lot of strength🤸‍♀️🏋️🏃‍♀️
