    First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

    Okay anna, this one was a fire 🔥 workout. And, i finally finished a no rest finisher without any breaks and without skipping any of the exercises!!!!!! This one does make one sweat!!! Thank you for making us all stronger!!!!!

    Hey Anna, I've known about you for a long time but never tried one of your workouts. This was my first and it was amazing!     Loveeeee this workout I definitely am going to put this in my weekly rotation! Used 10lb weights instead of the recommended light weights and def got a bit more of a sweat aha also I totally would love more abs with weights workouts! Some of my favorites!

    Loved this workout, cause last night I drank a little and slept less than I would wanted to, so this morning wasn't on my best. But doing some low impact (and still hard) exercises was perfect to keep the routine ❤️ thank you honey
