    Really enjoyed this workout as it was a majority of strenth training with a bit of cardio. Please do more intermediate ones because this one was perfect.

    Thank you SO much for this 25 min strength workout! And my eye is healing well now from the vitrectomy so I am permitted to do all movements but still keep my head elevated and not looking straight to the mat on plank, so this is perfect for me today! Great routine Anna ❤❤❤❤

    This workout was amazing, 5 Stars. according to my apple watch i burned 248 active calories and 306 total calories and according to the beads of sweat from my head it was true. Definitely love this workout.

    I love your workouts, the graphics are helpful. I could do with some more tips on how to do some exercises properly. Did you maybe do a kind of tutorial on a proper squat and deadlift? I can't see the difference in technique.
