Thank you SO much for this 25 min strength workout! And my eye is healing well now from the vitrectomy so I am permitted to do all movements but still keep my head elevated and not looking straight to the mat on plank, so this is perfect for me today! Great routine Anna ❤❤❤❤

I love your workouts, the graphics are helpful. I could do with some more tips on how to do some exercises properly. Did you maybe do a kind of tutorial on a proper squat and deadlift? I can't see the difference in technique.
