Hi Anna. I just want you to know how much you’ve helped me with my weight loss journey. You’ve inspired me to eat healthier and take care of myself. I was chubby when I was around 8. I kept eating junk and didn’t exercise except playing with my friends. Eventually, I felt like I couldn’t do much, I couldn’t run fast like the others, I couldn’t go up stairs without being out of breath, and I was DEFINITELY not confident in my own skin. You’ve taught me to love myself and rest every now-and-then. I started working out with you almost every day! And now I’m healthy again! It took 2 years of hard work, but it was worth it! Tabatas are wonderful to push us to work our max in 20 secs recover for 10 sec and repeat the formula again! Love this workout and huge thanks to Anna for adding to our health and wellbeing. What a beautiful spot to film, the water is so gorgeous. Enjoy Anna!
