    This was just what I needed today. Often times, I skip the active recovery workouts because I don’t think I need to stretch my muscles. This felt amazing!!

    I absolutely love your workouts! I was wondering why though as I had several different online instructors. Its not just the content and technology behind them, its also the respect and chemistry that you have for each other. Hope it always stays that way!

    I appreciated every second of those stretches 🔥 the recovery workout was everything for me since this is my first week consistently working out in a LONG time. Day 4 of the challenge complete!

    Great quick little burn that does get the blood flowing. Feeling pretty beat up today. Gardening yesterday, J&T all week and return to heavy lifting. Finished squats today then this session and now just full on relax.

    I feel so blessed to have found you, Julian & Toya! I've done your workouts all last week till today (kettlebells, step beat, dumbell strength, walking HIIT, etc.) and needed a small break. This hit the spot like nothing else in the past.
    You have mastered the selection of moves, the soundtrack, the interface with countdowns, chime prompts, even the thumbnails are perfect. I hope you continue to do well, Toya, and wishing you nothing but perfect health ❤️

    I needed this today! This is my first challenge and so far I’ve done every video. As a rookie, I definitely appreciate this more relaxing workout after the more intense ones. This is my first time even touching the dumbbells we have in our home! From going from a pair of 2 lb weights to my husband’s 20 lb dumbbell, I can definitely feel my strength improving and my confidence as well! ❤ Great videos and overall great challenge Juice and Toya 😊

    I was sore from yesterdays workout and suffering a tension headache all day and couldn’t manage a workout today but wanted to do something at least. This has made me feel so much better, it was perfect

    I need this after injuring my right hip. I need to ease off from weights this week so I will be doing this workout along with other body weight exercises.

    Did this as my Active rest day workout and I loved it.Great mix of strength and stretch. Perfect workout. This will definitely be my go to for Active rest days. Thank you for continually putting out great workouts💕

    Perfect stretching... actually I am guilty to often forget the stretch. It is perfect you add it as it reminds me to always do it.... my muscles are thankful :-)

    That felt sooo good, as I've been suffering from crazy DOMS in my left calf. Hoping this gave it enough blood flow and stretch to further the healing so I can get back to even sweatier workouts. Thank you!!

    I did it but I’m struggling guys. Might just crash out on the sofa for a bit. Energy levels are seriously low today. So glad it wasn’t a heavy workout day. Hoping tomorrow I’ll feel better. I love Dumbell workouts so fingers crossed 🤞🏻

    I couldn't add to weekly log for week 3 day 5-jan 21st my bday. Glad to say that I got to level 10 in 30 mins as a sweaty mess. Exercises I chose were: split squat, goblet squat, tricep push-ups, wide shoulder presses, toe touches, dead bugs, squat jacks and break dancers. Good burn, great challenge. Starting my morning pumped and again sweaty restated! Thanks Juice and Toya!

    SRC W3D4 Love how this challenge makes me aware of all the recovery and stretches i wasnt aware of...this was awesome too. Slept lower last night...8hrs 20min ...along with everything else, hydration, nutrition and stretches I fell great.
