I really liked the pilates inspired moves and the plank challenge was definitely a challenge. For me this felt like a shoulder workout more than anything - think my shoulders are sore from the last arm workout. :) I followed it up with Day 9 of the 10 min challenge, cardio (non-stop). I am going to go sit down for a while now, haha! 😰 Thanks, Heather!
whoa whoa whoa! I thought I had it I was good all through that first half and then when we came round to repeating the body weight circuit...wowza I had to take breaks! But I did good! Felt awesome. What was finally the dumbbell used in this workout : 5, 10 or 15lbs ?
