Absolutely love this one and keep coming back to it! Doing Fierce 1.0 yet again after finishing 12 week 4.0 couple weeks ago. Would really appreciate 6 week or longer solely strength program with 3 rounds each like in this one ! Thank you so much for sharing ❤❤
Completed day 3! I feel so accomplished! Can't wait to complete the fierce 14 day challenge ... until you put us through another challenge. Agree with the comment on the color of your outfit. Classy and upbeat.
After day 1& 2 this session was quite easy. 😊 Nevertheless I feel pain from my arm till my legs. 😂 I'm looking forward to see the result on my body after the whole fierce program. Wow Heather, both your fierce and 3.0 programs are just absolute killer! :) I have been working through several injuries and imbalances for about 2 years now. Gaining strength back! These workouts literally make me feel fierce and empowered!
Used 10 lb dumbbells, modified by doing a burnout of each exercise. Ex. instead of doing superwoman's I continued to do pullovers. I was using a bench for chest press/flys/pullovers. For rows I used a heavy resistance band, for some reason I have trouble doing bent over rows. If anything was single arm I did double arm instead. But all in all I was starting to sweat in the end lol And my arms/chest are definitely smashed Love this workout, this no talking format is my absolute favorite, thank you so much 🔥

Done and done mS HR thank you thank you. Used 2X6kgs, except scapular , single move 12kgs. 1st set all the single moves regular push-ups,,,2nd set single moves pushback push-up 🌶🌶🙌🙌♥️♥️♥️thank you arms are really 🌶🌶🌶

I too, was feeling massively sore from day 1. Another great workout! I know I"m repeating myself, but I'm so happy to have found a lifting program that is so well thought out and put together!
Well I made it through the warm up and the first exercise, but my arms are still too weak from Day 1 to do even a single push up.... I really want to keep up with working out every day during xmas break though, so I'm about to do one of Heather's ab workouts and try this one again tomorrow. I haven't worked out since last summer so maybe this series wasn't the right one to jump back in with, but now I'm committed! I keep reminding myself, "it's only 14 days!"
