    Those 10 seconds really fly by! That was a burner! I could barely manage to do a couple pushups on my toes and had to go down to my knees. 3 days down, 11 more to go!

    Absolutely love this one and keep coming back to it! Doing Fierce 1.0 yet again after finishing 12 week 4.0 couple weeks ago. Would really appreciate 6 week or longer solely strength program with 3 rounds each like in this one ! Thank you so much for sharing ❤❤

    Completed day 3! I feel so accomplished! Can't wait to complete the fierce 14 day challenge ... until you put us through another challenge. Agree with the comment on the color of your outfit. Classy and upbeat.

    Loving this Fierce 1.0 program. This was one of the hardest upper body workouts I have ever done and I loved it!

    After day 1& 2 this session was quite easy. 😊 Nevertheless I feel pain from my arm till my legs. 😂 I'm looking forward to see the result on my body after the whole fierce program. But till then I just enjoy it. 😊 I'm already waiting tomorrow morning to do day 4! Thanks Heather for this amazing program! ❤️

    First off, thank you for this workout! I find chest/back easy areas to skip, but I'm actually looking forward to this one.
    Secondly, you look so freaking strong and that color really suits you!

    That was tough, but I really enjoyed the format even though my muscles were so fatigued that I could barely complete some of the body weight rounds🥵 Feeling stronger and accomplished since committing to Heather’s workouts! Thanks! ❣️❣️❣️

    My arms are still so sore from day one so I had to do some cardio today and skip day three. I am loving this series. Hope to catch up with you soon. Thank you for all you do.

    I'm still feeling my arms from day one so can well imagine that tomorrow, I'll be feeling todays workout! Can feel myself getting stronger and stronger....even through the pain!

    FIERCE is the right name for this program ! My arms are still sore from day 1 and I had to push myself to work arms again.
    The 10s rest was little when having to change weights. I would like the weights used mentioned in the description so I can prepare myself better 🤪

    Wow Heather, both your fierce and 3.0 programs are just absolute killer! :) I have been working through several injuries and imbalances for about 2 years now. Gaining strength back! These workouts literally make me feel fierce and empowered!

    Used 10 lb dumbbells, modified by doing a burnout of each exercise. Ex. instead of doing superwoman's I continued to do pullovers. I was using a bench for chest press/flys/pullovers. For rows I used a heavy resistance band, for some reason I have trouble doing bent over rows. If anything was single arm I did double arm instead. But all in all I was starting to sweat in the end lol And my arms/chest are definitely smashed Love this workout, this no talking format is my absolute favorite, thank you so much 🔥

    My arms were still burning from Day 1 Upper Body so this was a challenge! But you are such an inspiration Heather and even without words you motivate me to keep going. I love the emphasis on strength. Strong on the outside, strong on the inside. Thank you!

    Done and done mS HR thank you thank you.
    Used 2X6kgs, except scapular , single move 12kgs.
    1st set all the single moves regular push-ups,,,2nd set single moves pushback push-up 🌶🌶🙌🙌♥️♥️♥️thank you arms are really 🌶🌶🌶

    great workout. The rest in between the sets were short, may I suggest featuring the next set of exercises on the screen before it starts (NEXT). That way we can anticipate our stance.

    I too, was feeling massively sore from day 1. Another great workout! I know I"m repeating myself, but I'm so happy to have found a lifting program that is so well thought out and put together!

    Well I made it through the warm up and the first exercise, but my arms are still too weak from Day 1 to do even a single push up.... I really want to keep up with working out every day during xmas break though, so I'm about to do one of Heather's ab workouts and try this one again tomorrow. I haven't worked out since last summer so maybe this series wasn't the right one to jump back in with, but now I'm committed! I keep reminding myself, "it's only 14 days!"

    Day 3 complete! Wow 10s rest in between was definately a big challenge! My upper body is feeling the pump 🔥🔥
