    At 72 years old I could do it all with 5 kg dumbbells. Plus 15 regular push-ups. Not bad for an ole woman!!! Great workout! Thanks!

    I've gone back to a fitness life after a 2 year break, during this time I've gained over 50lbs. Your workouts are keeping me motivated and focused. I'm on the filmmaking industry and honestly the videos are so very well donde. That and the fact that you're an amazing coach!       Hi! What dumbbells did you use? Is this lesson for men also? I am a guy and did this but it was brutal! I could only manage with half kg dumbbells but stopped at around 17 minutes as my arms just gave up! :( And I could not do even one normal pushup. I feel lost for what to do. I wish I can be so strong and muscular as all the women here!

      @@rupinjeremiah9589 Hey it helped me to decrease to a weight that is doable but still challenging and then slowly increase over time, remember that everyone started at a lighter weight somewhere. You could also try knee pushups and then progress to normal ones. This workout is definitely for men too :)

      ​@rupinjeremiah9589 Hey! You can use any dumbells I only used 1-2kg. This takes practice! At the beggining I could only do half a pushup and I only lasted 14 mins. Now I can do 25 push-ups and last the whole thing! I'm on month 6. It depends on weight too. Do you do this at night or in the morning? Make sure you eat a balanced breakfast and dinner for energy!!

    I've come back to this routine probably 6 times in the last month and my arms and shoulders are so sculpted! (I've been doing pilates and yoga as well, but this is where the real definition started to come in!) I was now able to do 22 knee push ups at the end as well 😄

    The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

    I do this workout once a week. I oscillate between 5 and 10 pound dumbells and I can do 20 knee pushups. I would love to progress to completely doing with 10 pounds :)

      i would've done 0 too but i did atleast 10, it's easier to practice this way, go on ur knees but still in like a plank position and try doing push ups like that, it still burns!!!

    Wow Anna this is by far my favorite workout for arms you've done that I've found! I'm so proud of the muscle growth I've seen following your workouts and also MadFit's. Both such incredibly inspiring and motivating women! I was able to do this whole workout with 8 pound dumbells and I surprised myself with 30 knee-style modified pushups at the end!! I couldn't believe I did that, my mind truly took over in that moment. I like to say "don't think, do", and it worked! I totally burned myself out on that challenge, my arms feel like they're floating!! Thank you

    Absolute killer workout!! My arms hurt so much, it is even hard to type that comment hahaha. Thank you for this great workout and pushing me until the end. I was really exhausted after the "last" exersice and thought I wouldn't be able to do a single push up. I ended up doing 25, even though "just" on my knees. So proud!!

    1st time i did this exercise witrh 2x2 and 4x2 kg dumbells,
    today i do it with 4x2 and 7.5kgx2 dumbells,

    oh that was haaard, Anna! finished with 13 push ups. Alternated with 15lbs, 12lbs and for some shoulder exercises I used 8lbs. I was already sore from a CrossFit workout yesterday and all the burpees I did! Thank YOU!!!

    When she said of course this isn’t the last exercise and gave the instructions for push-ups I said out loud, “LIAR!” This was an unexpectedly super challenging workout. I did the majority of the workout with 8 pound dumbbells and some with my 10 pounders. I did 12 push-ups on my knees and can’t wait to try it again!!!

      @@elliebillet3638 it’s depends that at what point is your training level , and if you prefer more reps but with a low charge or if you prefer less reps with a heavy weight, ☺️ but I think 5 it’s absolutely ok!! Killed it!!

      Hi Sabrina! Wow, 7.5 kg each is incredible strength! I recently found Anna's channel and have started! I could only lift with 500 ml water bottles and I could manage only 1 full pushup.

    I did 35 pushups after workout (on the wall 😅 but I did it! ) Every exercise I done with 3kg per dumbbell without any breake. I use 3kg dumbbells because I would like to do every exercise with full range of movement - not thinking about "I can't I can't" after 20 seconds.     I did 4 full pushups ! great improvement for me as I was not able to do any before !! I keep on exercising to grow and be able to do 20 pushups without stopping ! thanks Anna for this great workout. I think I need to upgrade to 5kg dumbbells instead of 2 kg ! have a great day Team grow :)

    26 pushups but dying at the end. Really liked this one which is a change of pace from the faster-paced/HIIT workouts with weights. Can you do more of these for upper and lower body?

    I used a lighter weight and focused hard on my form. I did 20 pushups from my knees!! Next time I’ll try from my toes. Thank you for a great upper body workout!

    I did my first workout with weights ( water bottles) I enjoyed it so much! I did 14 push ups. Thankyou ❤️

    I did 30 push-ups but I'm on my knees.
