Anna, i am 60 years old and worked out at least 35 of those years with weights, 2 kids along the way. I love your workouts. My joints seem to be doing ok and i just modify if they give me a hard time. Just downloaded the app too. Thank you for your inspiration.

I have had these for several weeks ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

Wow! What a great but KILLER arm workout! This workout made 2kg weights feel heavy after those pike pushups! I love how we only need light/medium weights for workouts as it is so intense. And after those 30 minutes I don't need to workout again for the rest of the day. Thank you Anna for the amazing videos you are creating. Thanks to you I look forward to working out everyday and I look forward to becoming a stronger version of myself!
Couldnt do pushups so I did knee push ups. Also I used 2 bottles of water instead of the dumbbells. Thank you sm anna I'm 14 and this workout is perfect for me ❤
I’m recovering from a tore hip muscle and I just did this workout to get back into it. Never did I ever think I’d actually say “Planks yay!” But I did, and I did it! This is so perfect for my recovery, I can’t thank you enough!

This felt like cardio, abs and arms all in 1❤. I used a variety of dumbbells from 8lbs to 20s. The diamond press is still a challenge for me. The hand position feels awkward for me
