@@haleanbar you have rest days incorporated within the 3.0 plan. Rest days are important. Have fun and go for it. I finished 3.0 a few days ago, it was amazing!!
I like the side lunge & raise exercise as well as the ski hops. It was a great workout all around! Thank you for all of the effort you put into these workouts to keep us fit and happy!
Depends on my mood. If I am unusually lazy, I’d do No Repeats so it’s not boring & repetitive. For serious Strength Training, 3 rounds is my favorite. When I am in the mood, I like to mix things up. That would be Cardio & Strength.

I have been struggling with my mental health the last few days and I had absolutely zero energy or motivation to work out today but saw this pop up this morning and knew I could push myself through a quick no repeats workout and I feel so much better for it, so thank you Heather. I am team C - variety. But for cardio I prefer no repeats. I love love love a no repeats power hour.

I like to mix it up. Thanks for asking. And thanks for this No Repeats workout with weights. I live on a boat where space and weight are premiums, so I usually use resistance bands. But I’m at a hotel with a good assortment of hand weights in its gym, so thought I’d give this routine a try. I’m glad I did. 😊

Loved this!! Was such a strange day. I usually pop out of bed at 4 am but had to drag myself out at 5; I love and look forward to my workouts but almost skipped it - just not feeling it and I usually prefer low impact but loved the gentle jumping sets here. Anyway - I pushed play and am so glad I did. It was the perfect mix of everything and the time flew by. Thank you for another sweaty sesh!! Thanks to you I am right back on track 😊

This was a great workout because I love a HIIT/Cardio no repeat!! But for strength workout, I like to do sets. It's a great mix up.

In only doing 1 circuit, I got a pretty good sweaty workout. I did this workout as a warm-up prior to weight training and yoga. Loved this combo. TY!

That was a good one! 20 sec rest is enough to change weights or what-not and get ready. The commercials during the longer rest sucks.

Done this on 20 hours of dry fasting with some modification. I skip jumping. It is bearable for me. 😍 this workout.
