    Heather!! I completed 3.0 on Saturday and jumped right in to this calendar today! I am stronger than I've ever been, thanks to you. I have exercised since 2008 with various trainers and at age 43, you have me lifting heavier than I ever have. I feel amazing!!! I thank you from the bottom of my heart!

      @@haleanbar you have rest days incorporated within the 3.0 plan. Rest days are important. Have fun and go for it. I finished 3.0 a few days ago, it was amazing!!

    Thanks! great sweat sesh as always. i just went from 10 lb dumbbells that I've been using since the pandemic to 23 pounders, so yes, it was brutal.

    I like the side lunge & raise exercise as well as the ski hops. It was a great workout all around! Thank you for all of the effort you put into these workouts to keep us fit and happy!

    Depends on my mood. If I am unusually lazy, I’d do No Repeats so it’s not boring & repetitive. For serious Strength Training, 3 rounds is my favorite. When I am in the mood, I like to mix things up. That would be Cardio & Strength.

    I am 50 years old. I can still do this work out sesh of Heather Robertson. Its also because i have been doing her work out sesh for 4 years now. Its amazing. If you dont have so much time and u wantvto sweat and lift weights this perfect for u. Thank u Heather ❤️🙏

    I'm doing Heathers 1.0 workout series (I'm week 3). I just wanted to tell u all THESE WORKOUTS ARE THE TRUTH! I LOVVVVE THEM! It works in time crunches, it works when u have lots of time, and I feel FREAKN AMAZING! DO THESE WORKOUTS. ..NOW!

    I tried this exercise this morning and OMG absolutely loved it. It went quick, had variety and heart rate went up as well. 10 out of 10. Thank you Heather for putting this together.

    This was a great workout because I love a HIIT/Cardio no repeat!! But for strength workout, I like to do sets. It's a great mix up.

    I have been struggling with my mental health the last few days and I had absolutely zero energy or motivation to work out today but saw this pop up this morning and knew I could push myself through a quick no repeats workout and I feel so much better for it, so thank you Heather.
    I am team C - variety. But for cardio I prefer no repeats. I love love love a no repeats power hour.

    In only doing 1 circuit, I got a pretty good sweaty workout. I did this workout as a warm-up prior to weight training and yoga. Loved this combo. TY!

    And thanks for this No Repeats workout with weights. I live on a boat where space and weight are premiums, so I usually use resistance bands. But I’m at a hotel with a good assortment of hand weights in its gym, so thought I’d give this routine a try. I’m glad I did. 😊

    Team repeats! I feel more centred during workouts with repeats. The no repeat workouts feel like they're never going to end😅.

    That was a good one! 20 sec rest is enough to change weights or what-not and get ready. The commercials during the longer rest sucks.

    Loved this!! Was such a strange day. I usually pop out of bed at 4 am but had to drag myself out at 5; I love and look forward to my workouts but almost skipped it - just not feeling it and I usually prefer low impact but loved the gentle jumping sets here. Anyway - I pushed play and am so glad I did. It was the perfect mix of everything and the time flew by. Thank you for another sweaty sesh!! Thanks to you I am right back on track 😊
