Been strictly on Heathers channel for about 4 years now and I’ve been DYINGGGGG for Pilates x strength and more low impact plans!!! Her hiit/strength is to die for (literally) but with experimenting I’ve definitely found that my body responds better to more regular low impact with just spurts of high intensity sprinkled in my schedule. Love you forever Heather!

I can't speak for anyone else, but push ups are never an easy feat for me. Even the assisted ones are challenging. Well designed for a challenging "easy" Pilates day. My arms will be cussing me out later today. 😅
