    I'm begging you to please do more of these workouts with equipment! No other pilates youtuber has been able to make the workout so difficult but good for me, the ones with equipment really elevate my workout!

    My one year old was up early and I was so excited to see a new video! I was sweating and shaking during that lunge series as he crawled around my legs.
    I haven't commented before but I want to thank you so much for making these videos! I've been working out with you four times a week since November and I can feel myself getting stronger. I feel energized each morning and ready to chase around my four little kids. And if they are awake when I'm still exercising, they watching for your cat!

    You are by far my favorite Pilates girl!!!! I started watching your videos a year ago and that opened a whole new door to working out for me.     Yay! I love the new challenging moves! The cross leg bridge made me feel like I was dancing (fun!) even though it was really hard!
    I also loved the challenge of the twist while squatting😅

    You are the only one who can make me like doing exercise. This way of exercising is the best for me and I’ve been doing this continuously for a month. It’s kinda hard at first but after a few videos, I finished the whole exercises.

    Confession: I always thought glute bridges were my enemy - just really tough and weak for me (oh, and the burn). So, when I saw the many bridges in this one, I was somewhat dreading it. 😂 BUT, I just finished it and the bridges felt amazingly strong, controlled, even fun (they still burn though)! This class is now one of my favorites.
    I owe my new uneasy friendship with glute bridges to you and your workouts. Thank you, Nicole!!

    Your workouts are so perfectly complete. I feel energized, refreshed and thought the stretch periods seems smalls it feels the same as if I finished a full yoga class..youre a true professional and it shows from the way you smoothly incorporate warmups to progression from one move to the next.

    More of this please 🤩 I find the weights really help with balance, core strength and mobilising group muscles.
    Doing the weekly plan is too much for my lower back so I've tried doing it once or twice a week and it feels a lot better. Thank you so much for the quality of your work.
