This workout is amazing! You feel it in your legs, glutes and abs and I have lost inches. I work a desk job and do this at my desk on my break in addition to my lunchtime walk. I now have the energy to do a workout when I get home!

I just finished doing glute bridges, I was laying on the floor, still had the resistance band around my legs above the knee and randomly started pushing my legs out and back in. I swear I can feel it in my lower butt and legs but is this effective? Ive not seen it in any workout video so I'm worried it's for a reason 😂 but it feels like it's doing something lmao I broke my toe and tore a ligament in my foot so I'm trying to be creative 😂
Thank you, this workout is greatly appreciated! It can be frustrating finding chair workouts that can be challenging. They are usually for seniors or beginners. They are not focused on people who were used to doing challenging workouts but suffered an injury-causing their mobility to be limited.

I just ordered a set of bands , and doing sitting exercises since October of last year. I just finished your work out, and injoy it. I have bone on bone from a winter accident and getting ready to have surgery done on my right knee. come spring, my doctor told me to start a exercise routine to stragten my upper body, and my knees. Thanks so much and see you tomorrow , we'll your video. ❤

I wasn’t taking very good care of myself & I lost a *lot* of stamina & strength. Within the last couple years. I’ve been working on getting myself as healthy as I can. I lost the 40 lbs I gained from neglect & emotional eating. I just bought a yoga mat, a resistance band, & new water bottle as my reward for getting back to my healthy weight. All leopard print & pink. I’m a firm believer that if you like looking at something, you’ll be more likely to actually use it. It’s hard to find workouts that supports limited tolerance AND are challenging. I can handle a challenge. Just not in a prolonged standing position. 😂 Thank you so very much for your time & energy you spent to create this video! I’m definitely subscribing! I can’t wait to see what else you can challenge me with! 🤍

I was waiting for this legs chairs exercises. I always sit next to the window watching the sunset and i always asked my self i wish i can do legs exercises on this chairs like the one in the gym. And it really burns and made me sweat. thanks for sharing

Since I am constantly sitting, I was looking for a video and came upon yours. I was practicing the first set of moves but when I go to step out, my chair moves and both of my chairs have arms. Any suggestions as to how I can do this workout in these chairs?
Do you happen to know of any total other things been a spinal injury person me doing side raises squats donkey kicks anything has been frustrating is there possibly a long total leg routine I could try
