I definitely like how you teach barre slow! I would love a lower body routine that focuses on strengthening the weak hamstrings, glutes, and inner thighs while stretching the hamstrings and hip flexors.

This was a good workout I just got my Bosu for knee replacement work before and after surgery. I did have to do some modifications however it worked.

Great workout which I have now been doing every day at my desk at work for the past few weeks. I was having issues with my knees and needed to strengthen the muscles around them and this has really helped. I just wish I had discovered it before now!! Thank you so much.
