"You can't move forward if you're standing still". Second time doing this workout - crushed it again! I know I use heavier weights and did a few more reps - except the last one with burpees only got through 1.5 sets .
2nd time doing this workout!!! Woke up late but the discipline kicks in, not motivation and the 30 minute workout was just right. Finishing with a 15 minute walk!!!
AMRAP is one of my favorite workouts! Congrats to everyone for getting up off the bench, crushing our goals and being the best versions of ourselves. We are doing this!!
The message that 'you can't making forward progress standing still' was for me. That's what I'm hoping for, that I will see something different, get something different out of life if I don't give up. I'm not stopping. I'm going after my goals this year professionally, emotionally, physically, and personally.

Third time doing this workout and I can't say enough how much I love this one!!! It's quick but the heart rate is pumping the whole entire time and the upper body moves are a great challenge! Yes I hope she continues with MORE weight training than so much cardio and no equipment. Love her and the number one reason I started with her over 7 months ago was because she used the weights alot.

Usually I only burn about 175 calories on 30 minute workouts like these. I burned 275! So proud of myself for pushing myself harder and harder! Thank you for giving me the tools to be a better me.

Loved this upper body work!! My biceps and shoulders are on fire and the added cardio in between really helped break up the moves but also kept the heart rate up the whole time!!! I wished to all gods for this to have burpee at the end because on a cardio day Burpees are mandatory for me :') THIS HAD EVERYTHING! Loved it! Did this after an ARISE 30 minute abs and arms workout. Thank you Sydney 💗
