    In this workout you will be working for 30 seconds at a time with 15 seconds rest. I will challenge your strength and your conditioning today so be ready to work hard and get sweaty with me!
    I used my 10 and 15 pound dumbbells for the workout today!
    The Exercises:
    1. Inchworm push up
    2. Jump rope
    3. Shoulder press
    4. Alt Bent row
    5. Chest press
    6. Skip with clap under
    7. 3 hops and squat drop
    8. Lateral raise front raise
    9. Bicep curl and 1/2
    10. Tricep kickback
    11. Lateral to top to lateral punch
    12. Disco taps x3 and switch
    13. Burpee at one end and 4 knee taps at other

    Started the day with a nice disagreement with my wife. I am the stay at home dad and the pressure to care for our 2 boys and teach them and discipline them and so much more is on solely on me. Plus we have an aging dog that requires more care.
    People can work many jobs but I feel that being an active stay at home Dad is not less than going to work.
    I feel a bit sad coming into this workout and needed a boost! I got it. I feel much better and ready to tackle everything kiddos.

    Whew! This was a tough one. The cardio really turned up the intensity without the breaks to catch my breath. Even the pace of the strength workout was a burner. Loved it!

    Excellent cardio workout. Just a suggestion again. After such an intense one, when we are done, give us a few seconds to breathe. We won't hold you against the total time of the workout Sydney. Great job today ❤

    I had bariatric surgery late last year.....I hate the gym. I've been doing you tube workouts. Every time I need a boost it's like God knows to send me something new. You were right on time Sydney. I could not do some of the moves right now. But I know I will!!!!! Just subscribed and Thank you!
